At first glance, the restaurant doesn’t appear that nice from the outside. Inside makes up for it. Nice looking, greeted quickly, sat and ordered within minutes.
Food served hot and delicious!
Eber didn’t miss a beat in taking care of us.

We were seated, drink orders made & received quickly. Food also came in 10 ish minutes, but our drinks were never refilled. Arrow con Pollo (rice over chicken with cheese) was dry and had barely any cheese (ordered 2 and both came dry). Once food arrived, we never saw our server again to ask for the cheese. Drinks were empty and never refilled. No one available to flag down at all besides a lady cleaning tables who wouldnt give us any attention. Another table was seated at the end of our meal and we finally flagged a server to get a box and our check. Will be trying somewhere else in the future.

Food was good. The wait staff though did not have it together. At the end, had to go looking for waiter so we could pay and leave. Everyone I saw that worked there was glued to their phones like zombies (4 waiters and cashier). Only tip I left: stay off your damn phone when you’re at work.

It wasn’t great. The food was alright, but the service wasn’t great and they messed up my order after I tried to explain in detail what I wanted. Most of the servers were on their phones, and I had to get up out of my seat and ask them for refills and more chips. Like I said, the food was alright, but nothing special, and a little more expensive than other Mexican restaurants in the area. I wouldn’t be averse to going back in the future, but I’ll probably stick to other Mexican restaurants first.

We went as a surprise to my son. The experience was great. I gave 4 stars because a server picked something off the floor and placed it right back on a table. And because our table rocked quite a bit.
The service was great. Refills were given in a timely manner. The service staff made sure we were content and cared for. They did not pressure to upsell. They gave us plenty of time and checked in a couple times as we were deciding what we wanted.
Our dinner started with chips, salsa, guacamole and queso. My husband had the taco salad.I had the Carne Asada. My son had the Chorizo Tacos. Afterwards we each had a cheesecake burrito.

Quick service. Good food. Great prices. Best place to get horchata in the area. She grabbed a taco salad and I grabbed a fajita nachos neither one of us could finish (take out time)

First, the cashier kept wiping his nose with his arm and hand. Gross. The food was not good. The steak in the fajitas seems to be boiled rather than seared. Not much in flavor. My son’s burritos were not good either. Granted, it has been a few years since I’ve been there, but I will not be going back there again, sadly.

Really delicious food, nice authentic atmosphere and flavors!
I had the Al Pastor tacos and they did not disappoint in the least. The picture is of their delicious fried fish and a pitcher of margaritas!! Yummy
*the only thing I would change is the to-go situation. In the future, please do not put toppings on any dessert(s) that may melt and make the dessert soggy. It ruined our churros.*
We will be back! Thanks!

This was our first visit back to an Jose since before the pandemic. It’s still fast, inexpensive Mexican food. Maybe a little salty but a good quick meal. Love the endless chips and delicious salsa.

Great place for VERY AMERICANIZED MEXICAN. Heavy on the salt and gooey cheese, light on flavors, heat, and creativity. Just the way Americans like it. So if you are a silly American who eats like a toddler and particularly enjoys mariachi music playing in the background so you can feel so cultured, here’s your place! Specifically, my chile relleno was not a filled poblano pepper, breaded, topped with a tomato based sauce… it was made with a bell pepper, spoonful of ground meat, topped with tons of gooey cheese. Zero heat. Zero spice. This was a pretty good example of the rest of the fare at our table. Service was good. Place was clean and had lots of atmosphere. Tons of potential here but they need to bring in some authentic flavors, a few unique signature dishes, and for love, change the music. Such a missed opportunity.
