Stop what you are doing and go here! A great tip of the cap to the local heroes of the Seattle Fire Department.

The service was outstanding and the local Seattle award winning Peanut Butter Burger was washed down by a splendid mid day Gin & Tonic. What else are you doing while you wait for your passport to get processed? You go here. That’s what you do!

I didn’t even mention the sausage dog or the jalapeño poppers, which were out of this world. Keep up the great work McCoy’s! We’ll be back…well before I need to get my passport renewed again

Was in town for work, this place was 4-5 blocks from our hotel so walking distance. Its rated in the top 25 eatery’s in the downtown Seattle area where ever we were looking for a place to eat.

Food portions were extremely generous & even tho the establishment notes on there menus that they chose not to raise their prices when the City of Seattle implemented additional fees & hourly wage requirements, but however now charge an additional fee of $3 each in most cases to anything that is a change.

For example a 2-piece fish (cod) & chips with fries and a Caesar Salad I believe was $19.00, if you wanted to add another piece of fish (cod) and/or 3 butterfly coconut shrimp it was $3, if you wanted tater tots instead of fries it was $3 & if you wanted coleslaw instead of a salad it was $3, so now my $19 dinner was $28.

Service was excellent, food was awesome, had leftovers as a midnight snack!
Would definitely go here again!!

A great tavern by Occidental Square they have good food and reasonably priced. We usually go on a Saturday and generally they only have one person manning the restaurant so patience is needed. Highly recommend

My husband and I came to Seattle for a football game and was happy to find this place right near our air bnb. My husband is a tough foodie to please and he loved the flavor of everything. We started with the cocoanut shrimp and it was perfectly fried and the flavor was good. We got the wings but did the sauces on the side since I can’t handle spicy and my hubby lives for the and he was so impressed with all the sauces. The buffalo sauce is not your average buffalo sauce, it has so much flavor and just enough of a kick that I still enjoyed it. I got the flat iron steak for dinner and not only was it cooked to perfection but the flavor was so good, I didn’t need any sauce with it.

Our waitress was great. She gave us excellent recommendations and even helped us with directions and recommendations to place in the area. I highly recommend this place. It’s not fancy or expensive, it feels like your neighborhood favorite bar/restaurant to go to.

This place we went to Friday night after reading reviews and it was a hit! Veronica was awesome and one of the owners Simon or Travis are always here. The ribeye was seasoned just right and medium rare as we ordered. Good beer choices as well, must try!!! By the way that is an shared plate!!
