I’d give this place no stars if I could. I ordered online, while in line, 38 minutes ago and I’m still in the drive-through line 30 of those minutes was spent with only two cars in front of me And there is still one car in front of me at the window. I can’t wait any longer so I’m just gonna have to count it as a loss and drive away. Never have I ever waited in a drive-through line for a place like Taco Bell for 40 minutes absolutely ridiculous.

Consistently inconsistent and horrible! This used to be the better Taco Bell vs. the one on Central Ave. Our order was covered with a ridiculous amount of sauce packets! Everything was crushed and we were missing chips, sauce for the chicken and a Doritos Loco taco. Upon noting this in the app, the resolution was $3.00 off our next order…. Not an adequate solution, but we aren’t going to drive back across town to argue with the incompetent staff to try and get it to be made right! $40 wasted! Taco Bell used to be cheap.

I went to the drive thru around 7 or 8pm on a weeknight. No one answered at the speaker for like 5 minutes but when they did they told me they were overpacked and not taking orders. So in the end I got Burger King instead. Very odd, it was the first time in my life this has happened. I could see people inside, but I wouldn’t say it was overly busy. I guess the delivery orders take priority.

I’ve never had such terrible customer service in any establishment that I might make homemade burritos for the rest of my life & never go to a Taco Bell again.

My brother, who is deaf in one ear, went to grab me food from Taco Bell. Normally, he goes inside due to his impairment & the anxiety & uncomfortableness of having to ask someone to constantly repeat themselves, but the dine area was locked for some reason today. The order was only a burrito & a soda so he figured the drive thru shouldn’t be much of an issue. The fountain machine was down due to a boil water advisory in the town (which my brother is not from, so we were unaware) & they had a variety of canned soda that were being offered in place, however they did not have all the same sodas which are in the fountain.

The GM Stacey let him know what options they had, he asked her to repeat herself as an employee had interrupted her to explain the boil water advisory. The soda I asked for was not there so he asked them to please hold for a moment, he called me, let me my soda option was unavailable & I then asked if they had orange soda. When he went to ask the employee, she rudely said “We only have what we just told you” my brother then said, ok but you don’t need to have an attitude.. & she proceeded to tell him how he had an attitude first (I was on the phone, he was not rude once & he never is, but especially to people who are handling your food) & I’m honestly appalled at the way “the manager” .. the GENRAL manager handled such a minuscule situation.

I’m very unaware how her customer service skills could have ever got into the position of management, let alone the title of GENERAL MANAGER, but the way she spoke to him & then me when I proceeded to call the store & ask why they would speak to a customer who was just asking if you had orange soda like that instead of saying “she just told you 3 times” (one of which were interrupted by another employee) when he asked if you had a specific soda, not even for the entire list again.

I’ve worked in management, & the way she handled something that could’ve been smoothed over so simply .. I don’t think it would’ve mattered if he asked 5 times what are the options you have available that you normally don’t & are not listed, hearing disability or not. As a GM she could’ve kindly said “we do not have orange soda, do you need me to repeat those again?”

It wasn’t even about the food as she pointed & laughed saying “haha, you’re not getting your burrito”, it’s about the fact that someone so rude with absolutely zero customer service or deescalation skills is the face of management for this Taco Bell.

Her as the general manager was more disgusting & left a worse taste in my mouth than any food from Taco Bell ever could.

Not too long ago I would have given this place one star. I give it 5 because I know how the store was and how it now is. There’s a new store manager named Stacy and she’s busting her behind to get the store into shape. I’ve been a frequent visitor due to loving Taco Bell and being in that area quite often so I’ve seen it at it’s worst and it has come a long way since Stacy took over. The service is better. The quality is better. It’s a work in progress but it’s making great progress.

Every time I’ve been here the service is sloooow and the order is usually partially wrong. The quality of the food is usually alright, though I’ve had some suspiciously small burritos served. Probably the worst taco bell I’ve been at, but I’ve also mostly had good experiences at taco bells. Also, it’s still taco bell in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL!!!

This Taco Bell used to be the best in the area, but the tacos are so thin it is getting ridiculous. We have been coming here regularly, and this is probably less than half than what we used to get.

The nacho cheese with the nacho fries looked like was the remaining of someone else’s. The people working there do not seem to be train.

Great job to the guys working around 6:30 on 10/16. They were incredibly busy and did not have a lot of them working but we’re very respectful to customers. Despite all this they made my fairly large order correctly and it still look professionally put together. Awesome job!

Close your store immediately! You clearly have 0 interest in running a business…30+ minutes in the drive through for messed up orders and room temperature food is a complete joke…its very clear you cannot handle the amount of business you get here and you have 0 interest in solving the problem to the point people are getting stabbed in the lobby…Do yourself and everyone else a favor and just close up shop your establishment is not only a joke to businesses everywhere but also unsafe for the public

Won’t be going back. Missing items, open cheese container in the bag that covered everything, screwed up the change and shorted me money. Absolutely the worst. Update; Stated they wanted to make it right, I never heard from anyone, they say they care but in fact they DO NOT.
