A convenient stop, while shopping, Sushi Jin is right in Stonebridge and has some nice sushi. A typical Japanese food menu, which most dishes are executed well. I enjoy the bowls, soups, and sushi; but some starters left me wanting. The service is lovely and it is a well laid out, small sushi spot. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here, but when I’m in the area, I’d grab a quick bite.

Food is good. Disappointed that they charge $1.50 extra per sashimi. When we asked to cook the egg that came on the bulgogi don (can’t eat raw egg for health reasons) they charge $2.00.

Incredibly disappointed. This has been our to go sushi spot for years. Close by and good sushi and dishes in general. Not today. We ordered things we order all the time. Nothing was right. The quality of the fish on the nigiris was very low and on the chewy/tough side. One of our go to specialty rolls, Nagoya Unagi, felt almost premade. No crunch and bland. Same thing with the salmon train, bland and felt lower quality in general. Absolute worst of all was the Cha Shu Bun. Bun itself wasn’t terrible but not fresh but it had a super thin piece of pork belly with zero crunch and zero flavor. The piece of cucumber was probably 3-4 times bigger and thicker than the porkbelly. Not good at all. Ive noticed a slow decline in general, especially last time, but was hoping it was just a bad day. Today confirmed it just a bad day. Spending $100 for dinner and having a subpar meal is unacceptable. Hoping they can go back to what they had before but I wouldnt bet on it. Service was friendly and ok. Food was not good and awful when taking value into account.

This was my first time coming to this restaurant and boy it did not disappoint. I can’t remember the name of the sushi I had but it was soooo good. The sushi I had was not on the menu but on the wall of favorites. My friend got some spicy ramen and that was equally delish. I will be going back!!!

Perfect customer service but the food was very bland. Ordered 2 chicken ramens on one I ordered with extra park both orders came luke warm then we bit into the pork and eggs the center was cold. The chicken broth was very ehh missing alot flavor. The fried dumpling where pretty good though.

The staff and atmosphere is nice, sushi is great. No ginger dressing, but that maybe too American. Miso soup is incredibly salty sadly. I doubled back because maybe the first time was just circumstantial… but my opinion still holds after a second visit. Great place if you don’t care for fancy
