If you don’t know about a Wright’s burger, please visit us today! We are known for our burgers! Generations of families have been eating at Wright’s for decades. The community has supported Wright’s for so many years, and we are so thankful for the continued support! Our hometown drive-in & diner was established in the late 1940s originally as Emrick’s Dairy Mart. The Wright family bought it and it became Wright’s Drive In in the 1960s. From there, my family bought Wright’s in 1979 and it has been in my family since! The legacy of Wright’s Drive In is delicious food, welcoming service, and a hometown atmosphere that defines our little restaurant. We hope to see you soon! Courtney

Ordered the cheeseburger and the chicken strip dinner. The food was very good. The burger was made well. The fries were good plain fries (my preference). The onion rings were very crispy. The strips were also crispy. We ordered from our car. The service was great. Our waitress was friendly. I really enjoy finding old-school burger places. I definitely will return if I’m ever in Durant again.

Excellent food and service! We dined in, and the staff were extremely attentive and the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Chicken fried steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked, onion rings were “phenomenal”, and my payment was delicious. This is our go-to whenever we swing through Durant. We ordered CFS meal, patty melt, three burritos, two corn dogs, two desserts and a soda. All that was $41. Not too bad of here days.

My husband and I can’t say enough about Wrights Drive In in Durant. First, they are the nicest people! We ordered the ham and bacon club with fries, and a double cheeseburger with onion rings. OMG, my hubby and I shared, and the cooks were so nice, they cut everything in half, and separated in baskets for us. The prices are great, the cooks are amazing, the staff are best. The food, perfect!

My husband and I just ate dinner there and we left full and satisfied. The waitstaff was very nice and that always a plus when you go somewhere to eat. I ordered a hamburger and he ordered a Double Cheeseburger . He gave his a 4 1/2 and I gave mine a strong 4. He said his burger was hot, not greasy and well proportioned with meat to vegetables. I ate most of the Onion Rings and I would give them a 4 1/2 to 5. I really liked the taste and crunchiness of them. My husband primarily ate their Tator Tots and he gave them a five. He also got a Peach Cobbler w/ Ice Cream for dessert. He said it would give it a 3 because it was served with soft serve ice cream and thought it tasted average.
Overall, we would give our dining experience a 4 1/2 and will more than likely eat there again.

The sweet tea here is perfect. The chicken fried steak is nice and crispy and their gravy has a lot of flavor. The mashed potatoes are real (not powdered!) and fluffy, and the green beans are cooked with fried bacon and onions.
The staff here is super friendly and inviting. They’ll make you feel right at home. 10/10 recommend checking this place out.

Ordered our food via phone 20 miles out, showed amd they had pur food ready old school type drive up dinner, burgers were amazing, fries were awesome, i didnt experience the atmosphere of the spot because I was in an out. But great place for burgers
