Great fast service from the host Savannah to our server Helea and was so pleasant for her working on her birthday (Happy Birthday again Helea)! Ruby Relaxer was the start of the night (get a large, you’re welcome) Salad bar was a hit and only place around with a salad bar that was STOCKED and the new Mac and cheese bites for an appetizer were so delicious! Had the new St. Louis ribs and they fell right off the bone! Make sure you try the pumpkin cheesecake too before they run out! Which they will because it’s too good! Definitely made a regular!

Let me begin by saying our food was delicious and the service we received from Alex at the bar was amazing. My complaint is the other workers. From where we were sitting we could see the cooks. There was some kind of issue with some food they were trying to g to get to the salad bar. The cooks and workers in the kitchen had no problem using foul language for everyone to hear. Also these 3 women in the picture were on their phone the entire time we were there with the exception of 10 minutes. They were standing at the end of the bar and turned around and looked at us after we had been there 2 or 3 minutes then went right back to their phones. I don’t know how the manager of this establishment could/would allow such disrespect to continue. Thankfully we were just here for work so we won’t have to ever go back there again. Thank you Alex for your great attitude and great service – and you didn’t look at your phone once or use 10 cuss words!

Disgusting. Where do I start? Upon walking in, there is no one waiting to have you seated. Once you get seated, the woman in the photo doesn’t give you utensils, you have to get up and get the utensils and napkins yourself. Salad bar is not maintained or restocked often. The cups are filthy, as you can see in the photo, they will serve you water with food in it… I had to make them give me to go cups to drink from as the cups were filthy. As you can see in the photo, no service from the woman in the photo, just a stack of dirty plates on our table. At the end, I went up to pay with my credit card, when I clicked no tip, she was short and mad, I said, “listen, your cash tip is on the table”. Then her attitude changed to happy… The walls are filthy. The seats have stains on them. I’ve worked in food, and I’m telling you now the people that work here including the manager have zero respect for the business. Manager is solely to blame as none of this should be happening. My poor old mother still put $4 on the table before leaving, The woman didn’t earn it. Disgraceful. Calling my credit card for a chargeback. Sharing with my family so they noticed steer away from this place.

Came to Ruby Tuesday on a Friday just visiting the area. Shawn was the cook. I’m a picky eater but he did an amazing just accommodating me and my food was the best I’ve had in a while eating out. THANKS SHAWN❤️. We had seats in the bar area where ALICIA was our server and bartender when I saw amazing!!! I mean it. Her skills for hospitality and people are top tier!!! She’s friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out timely and on point. The drinks were nice in flavor and made to our liking. Overall the experience was great, you don’t get customer service like this in most places nowadays and as a former waitress it was greatly appreciated!

Yesterday my friend and I decided to try Ruby Tuesday. WE both have NEVER been there, so we thought, what the heck, lets check it out…Our waitress was GREAT!! The food was GREAT!! So I came home and told my husband about it, So my friend and I decided to take him today. He LOVES chicken and waffles. I just wanted to tell other people the food there is GREAT, I loved the salad bar, soon we will be there today, we are senior citizens and it’s nice to find a place that treat us special.
