Went last night around 8:30. One of the grossest and unclean restaurants I have been to. Every single table was covered in food and dirty plates, there was nowhere to sit. The staff was rude and standoffish. I get they were short staff but wow. To managers/owners, this was shocking.

We visited this location on the night shift of Friday, February 27, 2026, and the treatment we received was unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, we were deliberately ignored for several minutes. The staff clearly saw us but made no effort to help.
One employee called another coworker over who had already noticed us but avoided serving us. When he finally came to the counter, we politely asked if there was more meat available than what was displayed. He responded “NO” in a dismissive tone and laughed directly in my brother’s face. That level of disrespect toward paying customers is shocking.
As we were leaving, the employees stood around talking and laughing instead of showing any professionalism or concern. The entire interaction felt intentional and unwelcoming.
Management needs to seriously evaluate the attitude and training of the night staff. No customer should be treated this way.

We visited at lunch yesterday, it didn’t seem like they were ready for lunch. One person was making the burritos on the line, and then they just disappeared. Then another disappeared. There wasn’t even a line and it took us more than 5 minutes to get someone to actually work to make our food. We both had bowls and they actually did taste good. But the tables weren’t cleaned off, and the drink station was a mess. The teas and lemonade machine was continuously leaking tea over the whole station, there was trash under the station. Just a dirty location in general. I’ll visit a different one if I want Chipotle again.

My order was not ready at the scheduled pickup time. When they finally handed it to me, the food was leaking everywhere and the bag completely tore apart. This shows a total lack of care and basic quality control. The service was extremely poor. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Food was alright, very light on the chicken. Wife got the burrito and said she was satisfied with the girth. If only she gave me the same complaint. Pop machine was out of two items and Mr Pibb was lacking syrup. Ended up going with water. Not the best chipotle we’ve visited.

Dont bother paying extra for guacamole, it’s stringy and consistency is weird. Also, they changed their recipe for the black beans and now they’re super spicy…. I like spicy, but they are too spicy now…. The atmosphere is consistently disgusting. The workers are always goofing around and not attending to the drink station or tables as shown in these photos. Every single table is dirty, trashcan is overflowing with garbage on the floor, there is no ice in the machine, and they have no more forks. straw wrappers are all over the place. I understand some people can be filthy,, But it is up to staff to keep your restaurant clean.

I have never had a horrible experience like I had today, 7/27/24. When my family and i walked into the restaurant, there was not a single customer (around 730pm), and 1 of the employees was sitting at the bar stools. From what I saw, there were 4 employees at the restaurant, 1 cooking, 1 behind the scenes, and 2 that worked the line serving the food.
There was 0, no customer service at all. No greeting the customer, the employee that helped us today had a face like he didn’t want to work there. When he started preparing the food, he was tossing the items like he didn’t care at all. Very disrespectful, he didn’t speak at all throughout the whole process. He called another employee to come and charged me for the plates. No receipt was provided for the transaction, so I don’t have any name and beside that there was no name tag on them so I cant really tell who where the employees, but the manager or owner of the location should be able to identify the employees that were working on the shift.

We are not from the area, and rest assured we will never come to this location again. We normally visit the West Palm Beach/Jupiter area at least 3-4 times a year, but I will not return to this location again.
To the manager or owner. I hope you do something about this situation. Customer service facing should be the #1 priority, then to make sure the place looks clean and organized with at least warm food.

This is one of the worse chipotle location I have been to. I have come here a few times and I won’t return. The service is horrible the quality of food is not to chipotle standards. On my last visit
I had a whole end of an onion in my bowl. My drink was missing, online order. There are a lot of other chipotles in the area that provide better service that meet the standards of the company. It’s worth the drive to drive to any other one in the area. Avoid this location unless you want poor service.
