Stopped in for their chicken special. Three thighs. $5. Taste was delicious however I’m not one for all of the heavy heavy crust. They kind of didn’t even look like thighs there was so much crust on them. But again the flavor was good. They made my lips tingle perfectly.

Well what can you say about Popeyes? The chicken is good here as it is in most other locations, however, the service is slow and not always the best. The place itself needs a makeover due to its drab interior and total lack of maintenance. I happened to go after a snowy day and their lot wasn’t even plowed while all the adjacent lots were completely cleared, this one was still untouched even after a couple of days. I only do pickup since the restaurant itself is not conducive to eating inside or a relaxing atmosphere.
I do love Popeyes chicken, just wish there was another location better kept then this nearby.

Friendly and fast service. She asked us if we were willing to wait the 8 minutes it would take to make our order, which were fine with, and brought it out promptly. No problems and chicken was so hot and fresh – totally worth waiting 8 minutes! Everything was perfect and she gave us extra plates and cups with ice and lids for our gallon of lemonade. Thank you!

While I was able to get my food rather quickly, it didn’t matter because it wasn’t correct.
Ordered 6pc BONELESS, received bone-in. Luckily I was eating with a fork, or I would have broken teeth right now since I wouldn’t be expecting to bite into a bone.
Asked for Parmesean Garlic, received buttermilk ranch. 1 little tub for a 6pc. Even McDonalds is more generous than that.
The older woman behind the counter spoke ZERO English. I had to tell her twice I wasn’t there with a pickup number, but needed to place an order.
It clear that she was struggling with understanding what I was saying to her. Unfortunately I don’t speak other languages. This was a very simple order. No drink, no special items, 6pc boneless wing.
Extremely diasppointing visit.

Of all the Popeyes I have gone to this HAS to be the worst one yet. I ordered online for pickup and I got to the intercom and told the Popeyes employee that I ordered online for pickup. She asked me my name and I told her and she said okay. I waited behind two cars for 10 minutes. By the time I got to the window they pretty much asked me what did I want, as if they were caught off guard by my presence. I told them I am the one that ordered online to pick up. They asked me my name again! Frustrated, I immediately drop my head and told him my name again. So they go back I guess to check the computer and it took another 5 minutes for them to get my order ready. I ordered three tenders with mashed potatoes no gravy, a large soda with no ice, french fries and two spicy chicken sandwiches. They finally give me the bag of food but no drink. So I’m sitting there for another few minutes. So again they come to the window asking me what did I want. Frustrated AGAIN, I didn’t say anything this time but I put my hand in the holding a cup position and put it to my mouth a few times as if I’m drinking out of a cup. So they asked me what kind of soda did I order. I told them what I ordered and included in the statement no ice, and they came back with the soda full of ICE! So when I took it I just immediately said “what is this?”. She asked me what was wrong and I said the soda is not supposed to have ice. So she took the soda back and immediately returned with one with no ice. As I’m pulling away I said let me check the food to make sure everything is okay. So I pulled over to the side in the parking lot to check, and everything was in order except the mashed potatoes was full of gravy. So I double back through the drive-thru. As I’m sitting there I see in the store there were 2 customers that appeared to have complaints about their order. Play pulling back through the drive-thru I am again behind two cars and I look ahead and it appears that the car that’s at the drive-thru window also has a complaint. I don’t know what they were saying but when people are handling food back to the restaurant and they’re face appears to be angry and you see them pointing and throwing their hands up in the air that’s usually a sign that they’re upset. So before I get to the window I take my receipt I circle where it says no gravy. I get to the window and again it’s this what do you want kinda of thing, instead of a proper “how many I help you?” Customer service greeting. A hand her the receipt with the mashed potatoes, because at this point I am also getting angry, and I asked her “what does that say?”. And so she reads the receipt, she takes the individual sized mashed potatoes with gravy back, and get me a large mashed potato with no gravy. I have never been to a restaurant with so many lost, confused looking employees. If you have the patience and really want Popeye’s Chicken feel free to go to this one, but this was my last time.

Customer service is horrible never been to a restaurant where employees feel they can talk to you however they want because they are having a bad day. I arrived to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru it wasn’t ready and I was asked to pull up to the front and they will bring it out (in a rude way too) So I go around and park, I waited 10 min or so no one came out to bring my order. I decide to go back through the drive thru and see what’s happening. He tells me to come around and hands me the order as in they had no intentions of bringing it out to me at all. I asked what took so long I have been waiting for over 10 min and i ordered ahead. So of course he begins to give me attitude and tells me his had over 300 orders all day. When I ask what his name is he shuts the window door in my face and tells me have a good day while I’m still talking to him. So I come around and go inside to ask for his name again, he tells me “call me Ruben”probably a fake name. I ask who’s the manager in here? Another employee responds that he was (the “Ruben” guy ).
I said ok and he begins to laugh very loudly and says “don’t you feel stupid.”
At this point I am furious and go off on him and walk away. I will be escalating this situation it was not okay for him to treat me (or anyone) the way he did.

Well I went here for lunch and ordered the 3 piece tenders meal. The chicken was good but not hot at all and I told them I wanted garlic parmesan but they threw spicy buffalo in the bag if I am paying that much for a meal I would have expected to get the right stuff.

The counter was exceptional… Remind me of my self as a youngster…. Anyways , I was eagerly anticipating the food is , he was putting it together… And I couldn’t help but notice the indian woman standing behind him in the back of the kitchen , taking giant pieces of apple out of her mouth with her bare hands… Hones.n Tly, it has to be one of the most disturbing things I’ve ever seen…. Then she took another piece of apple back into her mouth….chews it then spits it in her hand… Does she think she’s invisible?
