Was Completely Appalled to have ordered a bowl with pepper steak and fried rice the bowl is 850 the pepper steak is upcharged 1.50 cents there were 3 small pieces of meat it was all mushrooms onions carrots and Broccoli. With the prices of eating out these days I understand the concept of up charging but if your going to charge more for something make sure you add some of what your up charging for. Called the restaurant they don’t care you get what you pay for.well I for one will spend my money elsewhere

Worst panda express ever went to in my life. I waited 20 minutes in line before I even got to the window. They made the person in front of me. Apparently, I thought they were taking forever then they made me wait to the point where it’s gonna start a fight with someone behind me and I can’t go forward or backward. I’m stuck here. Worst customer service and panda ever I will never go back
And let everybody know not to go to this location what’s happening? I’m ready to go.

Just left Panda and I am so disappointed. This was my favorite Panda Express store but the service was awful. The person in the drive thru window had no customer service skills and was not nice. I get it, we all have bad days and it’s understandable. But the food was not good either. I will be looking for another Panda restaurant.

Panda Express is a good value for the price paid especially if you use the app and use the rewards. This location seems to be well cared for and managed properly because it appears clean. The restaurant has a modern industrial feel. There is a small outdoor eating area. The staff smiled and had a professional demeanor on the day we ate. The walls and doors of the restaurant looked clean especially in the restroom where it is typically overlooked.

I order food for my 9 yrs old that don’t any hot/spicy food at all, he ask for orange chicken , I ask is this spicy the manager said no, my son just tasted and for him was very spicy, not everyone have same chile tolerance, he couldn’t eat it at I asked for a replacement it change throw it away or something but he wanted to charge me for the food even when I ask if it was not spicy he said it’s not as spicy the manager(Vic) I say for adult it might not be spicy for kids it can be different. I’m very disappointed because I didn’t get the food that I asked for my son and they didn’t wanna fix it and on top of that they bring me the packages of sauce to show me what they believe was not spicy I’m very disappointed not ever coming back to this location.

This was the most disorganized cluster of a restaurant I’ve ever seen. The two guys in back cooking weren’t listening to what was being asked for so everything was running out. The bigger lady that was serving the counter was in the way of the drive through guy and the lady doing on line orders. The on line order lady was taking everything while the drive through guy and counter lady kept making their customers wait for more food the be cooked but wasn’t because again the guys in back weren’t listening. The manager looked lost. After waiting a good 10 minutes I finally ordered but everything required a wait. And then the one item I order that was done got finished up as I was watching the other items sitting behind the staff to pick up. Then I got the “it will be about five more minutes.” Nope, refund in hand and left empty handed with 20 minutes less of my day then before I walked in. Absolutely horrible customer service. Complete the paid orders first and don’t make customers that have paid wait longer then those just walking in.

So it’s 355 and my food is wrong I ordered a plate and somehow ended up with the wrong food. The little cup for the bigger plate wasted in the bottom of the bag from juice I ordered I’m pissed there no receipt in the bag for the phone number and the number I do have doesn’t work I will be coming back up there for my actual food because this is un edible for me they guy who served me did wonderful but the girl who checked me out just did whatever and pressed whatever and now I’m at work with the wrong food this is ridiculous it’s all spicy

I came to eat at this location but it looks like the employees doesn’t really care about their customer I was waiting for almost 30 minutes they always ran out of food on the line I love coming here to eat but it looks like they never have enough food on the line customer service at this store #1475 sucks like hell

Panda express before you were getting a plate with enough food on it now, they measuring the portion everytime is less for the price you’re paying for that amount you can go to Chilli and get the deal the for me for only 10 dollars let your hard working money go a long way. Panda step up your game and give the right portion amount of food.

The amount you are charging for a Panda bowl and the little amounts you out into them is ridiculous. I enjoy Panda, but I won’t go anymore. The price to the portion you get is just not worth it anymore.
