We ordered 2 guacamole queso chicken burritos through grubhub. I cut my burrito in half and right away noticed there was very little chicken. Between the both of us we might have had a couple of bites of chicken each. I can’t even review what it tasted like. Once I realized I was only getting bites of rice and beans I started taking pictures as I do review quite often. The guacamole had a great flavor, but the salsa verde was just watery, garlicky, and had no spice whatsoever. Was it because this was a bogo deal and that was how they adjusted for their cost? Otherwise, this would’ve cost $26 for the food only.

Pollo loco is always good! First time in this location while visit my family. Not many customers were at the restaurant at the time that we went, but maybe because it was early. The staff was friendly. The food was yummy, the salsa was also very good! I had a chicken bowl and it did not disappoint. Everyone should give this place a try at least once!

I would also like to recognize another team member Miguel who provided equally excellent service. Both of them worked together to ensure everything was done correctly and efficiently, and it made a noticeable difference in my experience.

I’ve come here (drive thru) 1-2 a week since they opened.
The food has gone way downhill recently, basically every other week I get back to work and open my lunch to find 3 pieces of inedible chicken jerky.
When this happened before, the only part soft enough to not crack a tooth was in the very center and tasted nasty.
Today was the worst, zero chicken eaten.
The outer skin of one of the thighs was harder to snap than a pencil. $13 for a couple of small sides.
The staff has always been fine, except that somebody chooses to serve this.
I don’t wanna have to inspect everything while parked at the drive thru window so I just won’t come back.

I’m a little disappointed because this is usually my go-to spot. I ordered the same thing I always do, but today the chicken was extremely dry and I couldn’t eat it. The salad wasn’t fresh like it normally is, the burrito rice tasted old, and my mango drink was very watered down. I hope this was just an off day, because I usually have great experiences here.

The food is decent, but my order is always wrong. When you’re going to pay over $20 for fast food, you should be able to expect to receive what you ordered. 1 time is a mistake, 2 times is a fluke, but 3 times is a pattern. Don’t go here.

I loved the street tacos they was good I like the flavor on the chicken, got nachos also, maybe next time I’ll get my chips on the side cause by the time I got home the chips was soggy so if you get a to go ider, maybe get chips on the side and have them put everything else in containers, just a suggestion but will go back, enjoyed the shrimp taco salad also
