The mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy were a delicious comfort, and the biscuit was warm, flaky, and buttery – a true highlight. Went through drive through we waited 30 minutes plus for wings when I was told to move forward no one came I moved backwards then the manager told me yo move forward and my food was not ready. I’m still waiting 40+ plus minutes for my whole wings meals. This location is slow and won’t even bring out your wings when you ask them for them. I would expect them to be helpful to be helpful but they are not. I would ask for my money back but they will not give it back. Please avoid this place!

Seriously the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too, you’ll wait in the drive through for 20+ min just to worst while the workers are just standing there. Even if you order ahead with the app, it’s useless because they don’t even pay attention it to. It’s not even busy but you’ll have to wait 35+ mins for you meal

I genuinely love this Popeyes and it’s easily one of my favorite spots when I’m craving something hot, crispy and flavorful. The chicken always tastes fresh like it just came out of someone’s grandma’s cast iron skillet, the fries stay crunchy even after the drive home and the biscuits have been on their best behavior lately. Every time I stop by, the food is so good it forces me into a moment of silence like I’m appreciating fine art. The service is usually quick, my orders come out right and the kitchen definitely has their seasoning game perfected. This location consistently delivers that real Louisiana flavor I keep coming back for. And the staff tho… some of them are great, super friendly and helpful, and then there’s a couple who look like they could care less but hey, the food makes up for it every single time.

Asked the employee how much 1 biscuit was… She gave me a price then charged me for 2. Being hungry, I thought since I paid for 2 there must be 2 in my bag . Left popeyes only to discover there was only ONE biscuit with my order! It’s very simple math that a 5 year old can figure out. Why is it the adults working here are struggling with counting?

I have been to this Popeyes many times and today was by far the worst experience ever. Everyone was moving so slow. They kept asking the customers, “What was your order?” I couldn’t tell if there was a supervisor on duty or not but this was terrible! I will say that my flounder sandwich was hot but having to wait more than 30 minutes is not good. Hopefully, it will be better next time.

Kind of slow and the manager was doing a lot. Like coming to the register, throwing away good and preparing food. All without washing his hands between stations. I will say he was actually doing a lot, but still. Also drive-thru was closer for some reason. Probably undermanned.

The staff here that was working was actually amazing but thats the problem they are picking up the slack of more then half of the crew while they are slammed they are in the parking lot smoking and laughing and when they were asked to help with the incoming rush they just shrugged they amazing employees off so
