Got in just before there was a rush of folks around noon.
There’s an unbranded atm folks were using for the cash onlyness of it.
AyeEye ridiculously called this burgers and Thai maybe bc of the pics of the Tortilla Dogs which might look like egg rolls, but definitely is not Thai.
Rest of clientele was wipipo but saw some masks and the vibes aren’t too intimidating from our mixed fam perspective.
In a nice local flair, they have a milkshake with Harvey’s Butter Rum Batter whose factory is 1/2 a block away.
We used to visit the location in Belfair after riding quads in Tahuya.
One bite of that dog and the memories came rushing back. It was worth the drive from Olympia and we’d do it again.
It’s cash only! Try the Truck Stop Burger—that’s the one I enjoyed. But they also have hot dogs and many more options. I wish I could have gotten one of their famous shakes, but I hope to try it again.
Thank you, Eric’s Drive-In!
Service was excellent, friendly, everyone served in a timely manner.
Only complaint – strawberry sundae was served in a hotdog tray, no whip cream! Apparently, no option for sprinkled nuts. Maybe next time.
I did try the Canadian bacon burger, I think they call it and ordered a plain cheeseburger for the kiddo and an order of the onion rings and garlic parm fries which I could only get 2 fries down as well as choked one onion ring down.
Now if you’re into cheap food and you can see by the bun in the photo the quality of the food. If you’re into cheap, low quality, almost flavorless food with low grade ingredients, go give this place a try! If by chance you’re into giant breaded grease, super greasy dipped battered and flavorless onion rings, go and try them! As for the fries, absolutely no flavor and so bland though it was supposed to be garlic Parmesan. Fries now if I can guess are premade and dipped in oil to warm because they were dry and stale. No flavor at all. Burgers, definitely not much better.
It is cheap and we tipped $5. I was hoping it would be one of them old school, just greasy food dive burger places, old school it is but the food is just sad and gross!
Sad to say it but McDonald’s is better.
I pray this place never changes their menu or prices.
The food is fantastic, the ice cream is phenomenal, and the service was helpful and kind.
We experienced Eric’s again, and it was FANTASTIC, AGAIN!
Their hamburgers and polish dogs are delicious, and the Harveys shake was really classic in the best ways.
