Ordered a Bo’s Chicken sandwich. Attendant at the window was hanging out of the window texting on their phone the entire time. My meat was substituted with a Cajun filet, which i found was raw in the center and uncooked. Drive through attendant should have been aware Bo’ Chicken was not available “for at least 8 minutes” instead of being on their phone. I’m not excited about being very sick later tonight because I INGESTED RAW CHICKEN! Never eating at this location again.

This morning I went and got a 2 piece order of chicken after pull over to check my food I realized my chicken had hair FRIED into it I went back went inside waited in line and calmly showed him the food he agreed it was indeed fried into the chicken he quickly took the food back and gave me a refunded he DID NOT apologize, offer another option or anything and this was the GENERAL MANAGER. Since it was the general manager I decided to leave a review because he could’ve at least apologized. Customer service was trash but the young man working the window and drive through was extremely nice this happened at 11:27am 1/14/26

I’ve been coming to this Bojangles for many years along with my family and employees and I’ve always received excellent service. That’s why I was so taken aback by how I was treated during this visit.
I ordered two Cajun sandwich combos with fries, plus extra sides of dirty rice, Cajun pintos, and Bo Rounds. I didn’t realize at the time that I had been charged as if I replaced the fixins rather than adding sides. When I mentioned our fries were missing, the gentleman helping us seemed ready to fix the issue until a woman (possibly a manager or the owner) came out abruptly, raising her voice and telling him not to give us anything.
I tried to explain I wasn’t asking for anything free. I even handed her $20 and told her I never intended not to pay for the sides I just didn’t realize how the system had rung them up. I’ll admit I got upset and told her to keep the change. What bothered me most wasn’t the charge, it was her attitude and complete unwillingness to listen or correct a simple mistake.
This experience was disappointing and totally out of line with the customer service I’ve always known and appreciated here. I truly hope it was an isolated incident.

On December 27, my family and I ate at this Bojangles location, and within 30 minutes of eating, my child became seriously ill and showed clear signs of food poisoning. Due to the severity of her symptoms, I was forced to take her to the emergency room, where we spent over five hours receiving care. This was a frightening and exhausting experience for both my child and our family.
The food we were served was disgusting, not fresh, and not hot, which raises serious concerns about food handling and safety at this location. This situation should never happen, especially to a child.
I contacted the store afterward to report the incident and spoke with the manager, who took my information and stated that corporate would be contacting me. While I appreciate that acknowledgment, the experience was unacceptable, and I will never eat at this Bojangles location again.
This incident caused my child unnecessary suffering, emotional distress, and resulted in an emergency room visit. I believe this matter deserves immediate and serious attention.

Love the spicy chicken. Sweet tea is very sweet, but can be very refreshing. If you mix it with unsweet tea Restaurant was clean.

I ordered two 3 piece chicken dinners and received 2 TWO piece chicken dinners. This happens everytime. Also if I ask for dark meat only I get a breast and a wing ?! They aren’t attentive at all to what they are doing they rarely ever get the order right if you DoorDash it it will DEFINITELY be wrong. If you go back and complain the next day they don’t care.

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at a Bojangles.. I visited the one in Apex, I wanted a Cajun biscuit combo. I received this instead. I did not eat it. My fries were good not the best, but OkAy.

We got a 12 piece combo for dinner and we ordered two coleslaws to come with it. One of them was nasty and had clearly gone bad! It tasted sour and almost fermented it smelled very bad and didn’t even look fresh in comparison to the other one that smelled fine. You can see in the picture it looks suspicious and it was much thicker than the other one too. Would not recommend this branch!

Recommend going to the newer one up off hwy 55 in holly springs, this one doesn’t know how to make biscuits, they’re always burnt and hard. Also, their supremes are always small and boingy. Won’t catch me at this location again. Worst ever.
