Missed half of our order in the drive-thru. Ran in to get the rest, I guess we weren’t the only order messed up. Fries tasted like cardboard, sprite tasted like dish water, and as we were on the road we realized they also forgot to the sauce for the nuggets. ONLY good thing about this place was the lady behind the counter was nice.

If I could rate this McDonald’s at zero stars I would. I left there not long ago and sure didn’t plan to be waiting almost an hour. They were so slow. And then ended up getting our order completely wrong so we had to wait all over again to get what we ordered. The girl at the first window was rude and cocked an attitude with my husband. And then once we got our food the nuggets I ordered were soggy like they had been sitting awhile. And they forgot my sauce. I believe if I went to this McDonald’s 20 more times they couldn’t get it right.

The will take your money. Cancel your order. And the people at the counter won’t help you at all just to contact customer service which pretty much just has you fill out a form while your money and rewards point are gone and your sitting in their parking lot
