We had a delicious Valentine’s Day dinner , our server was excellent and we never once felt rushed to leave. I had rhe Salmon Amalfi and my son had the Veal Piccata , both were excellent. I was happy to see they are still serving the pizza bread too

Great food, great service and a great time! The waitress was fantastic, the Cajun chicken pasta and dessert was delicious. Highly recommend for all occasions.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant for it came highly recommended but I was extremely disappointed. From the moment I entered the restaurant the staff were extremely rude, especially the manager, Miguel. My niece had ordered a dish that contained crab and her dish was tainted with hard shell with each bite. She asked for a meal replacement and she was told, “Sorry, my manager won’t replace your meal, you ordered it and that was your risk ordering a seafood dish”. And with a shrug of the shoulders the waitress walked away. I brought the subject up to her again for we were not satisfied with the dish, and again she gave me the that’s too bad attitude. Please note…there was not even two bites eaten. Then to top our experience off – they refused to use a coupon which was clearly listed on their website. Again the manager was extremely rude and in so many words, stated my niece was trying to rob from his restaurant for the coupon was not his even though it was listed on their website. I was deeply concerned my niece was being treated in this manner due to her race. We will never be back – and I strongly suggest you avoid this establishment if you are looking to be treated fairly, receive an edible meal, and handled with respect. Shame on the manager and shame on those that allow that sort of disrespect to occur.

I grew up in Youngstown in the 50s, an Italian kid from Brier Hill, so I have pretty strong opinions about my food.
This place should have TEN stars. Daughter had eggplant parmigiana. I had the beans and greens and the veal braciole with penne pasta. The sauce was the best! Veal was tender. I was going to eat half but it was SO good! Coffee was dark, strong and smooth. Waitress took great care of us, keeping the coffee and bread coming.
Because I had a 40 minute drive home, I forsook the Negroni. Next time, and there will be a next time

I got 2 of each: chicken fettuccine alfredo, rolls and cannoli. The cost was $20 for the alfredo, $2.50 for 6 rolls and $6.00 for each cannolis. The chicken was ok, bland no seasonings and not cut up. The sauce was very runny but tasted good. There was no cutlery or napkins given. Unfortunately I was not impressed and will not be ordering from them again.

Five stars all across the board! Never had a bad experience here. I love the bread rolls with pizza squares. The pasta dishes are at the top! Even the burgers are good. Nice portions, quality food. prices are reasonable for the area and quality. Great staff and service. Sierra is my favorite server; she is truly wonderful! I love the atmosphere. Always a great dining experience here. The stromboli, calzone, and pizza are an excellent choice as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Salvatore’s is a solid choice for Italian food in the Mahoning Valley. My favorite thing to order is Sacchetoni in blush sauce, though note that it is not listed on the menu – you need to know to ask for it! The salmon was good, fresh from Norway. The appetizer pizza bread, which is something I normally love there, was unfortunately a bit stale / dry; it seemed like it may have been reheated. Atmosphere-wise, even though the lights and snowflakes were super festive, I found their flashing a little distracting / disturbing my ability to focus on the meal with family.

We stopped in for dinner last night as we were craving some Italian food…and Salvatore’s did not disappoint. Our Piccata & Francaise chicken dishes were both delicious. You gotta love fresh baked bread be served with your salads as well. I was admiring the uniqueness of the inside of Salvatore’s. With private booths, to large table settings and a nice sized bar it can add to your experience.

I always have a great meal at Salvatore’s. Tonight I had a great steak and baked potato. My problem is when your hours are posted open until 9pm and the put up all the chairs at 8 and turn up the lights at 8:15 it ruins the whole experience. I went there to catch up with friends. We paid, tipped our waitress and from the moment we paid they were rushing us out the door.

The food was delicious! Like, seriously delicious! Our server, Rachel, was amazing! They were super busy today and she was on top of everything. The bruschetta appetizer was fresh. The bread and pizza bread were both still warm when they got to the table. Our portions were bigger than I expected. I took some of it home because I couldn’t finish. There were so many good options on the menu, I’ll definitely go back. I want to try them all.
