I had a great time with awesome and attentive service. The bacon fondue burger was not only savory but also tasty and hearty as well. The double patty bacon cheese was a meaty bomb of flavor, and the cheese fondue was the icing on the cake. Speaking of cake, the cookie dough mudslide cake was delicious. The sweetness balanced perfectly; it’s not too sweet, just right. I give both dishes two big foodie thumbs up!

This restaurant has made remarkable strides over the past two years. If you had asked me back then whether I’d dine here again, my answer would’ve been a definite no, due to a disappointing experience and food quality issues. Fast forward to today and our last 2/3 experiences —both the food and customer service are outstanding. They’ve completely turned things around, and I now highly recommend this location. We usually sit in the bar area, where Corey takes excellent care of us. He never writes anything down and still gets every order spot on. Kudos to Red Robin for putting together such a solid team to run this place!

This is the WORST service I have EVER had. Our server was rude, she forgot things repeatedly and when we kindly reminded her – oh boy she was snarky! She had zero clue what was going on. Walking back and forth on the kitchen line doing absolutely nothing while all her tables needed refills, their checks, napkins, or were missing meals, etc. I could visibly see other tables of hers were irritated as well. You could barely hear her because she was wearing a mask, however, I appreciate someone wearing a mask if they are sick as I have a new baby. We never got refills on our drinks. Our food was cold and orders were incorrect. She didn’t do a quality check. We had a coupon and it took her 15 mins to find a manager so she could apply it to our bill. She was loudly complaining about management and the kitchen on the floor. If she had been able to find a manager, I would have asked to speak with them because of the insane contrast to our previous visits. I’m highly disappointed.

This post is based off of the lackluster management from yesterday. My family and I went to red Robin around 3pm and let the host know we had a party of 15 was told there’d be a wait. We were fine with that. 10-15mins later another guest comes over and says we might want to leave as he overheard staff saying all of the cooks walked out……
Ok thank you to the guest who told is but im watching tje hostess stand and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency or change in demeanor. So we approach the hostess stand and the “manager” says we’d still be seated. Most other guests waiting have now left. What appeared to be two cooks walk out the front door laughing. Another person then comes over and says that they aren’t sure of what to do at the moment and aren’t seating anyone for a while. So if you have a serous situation why not react like it is instead of lackluster no nothing and two different so called managers saying two different things inconvenience our group when we could have left immediately terrible customer service or care.

The food is amazing. Unlimited fries and drinks too? And not just regular fountain drinks, some special drinks like strawberry lemonade, which other places consider premium. My family had a great time and really enjoyed the food. 10/10 will be back.

Red Robin the onion ring tower was ok . Had to send my burger back to melt the cheese, fries were good and endless. Really good experience the waitress was very engaged and professional.

I took my family on a Monday night for some burgers… They were exceedingly average. I ordered the scorpion burger, and it was a mess. Tasted of mayo and slight spice, that is before the buns had to be discarded. I also sent the broccoli back twice for being black (legitimately 90% of it was “aged”), seems the kitchen doesn’t mind serving old produce. When showing the server, she shrugged and said…. IDK
My wife ordered the royal Red Robin with fries, it was much better. Though again, nothing to write home about. We also ordered the appetizer sampler with mozzarella twists, fried pickles and onion rings, it was good. Then topped it off with two 22oz beers.
With some better care for the food, and some additional seasoning, I think this franchise could make a move in the right direction. The staff though, they’re good. We received a warm (literally cold outside) welcome the entire time.
Total paid was $105 after tip, felt like a $70 meal. Overpriced, and under seasoned, will not be returning.

Dined in on NYE with family and ended up ordering their chicken; the service and atmosphere was sublime in the simplest terms. Our server Debbie was really kind and professional! I don’t go out often so I was really nervous but she was so sweet

This young lady went above and beyond. Today is Veteran’s day and the entire restaurant is busy but this young lady made us feel appreciated and well taken care of. Our food came out in decent time and Symiah as busy as she was she always made sure to check up on our table and my family and I seen how you were working. Thanks for showing up on a busy day like this and thank you to the kitchen team too for working so hard too. I hope you know we also appreciate you being there too Symiah.
