My order was made completely wrong. Asked for a regular sandwich with lettuce and tomato (no cheese). Received a sandwich with no buns and pepper jack cheese. Returned straight back to the restaurant and the same person that serviced me greeted me and I presented the issue as well as the sandwich to her. Was told I’d get my sandwich straight away. I was made to watch as at minimum 15 other people (every person actively waiting in the restaurant) got serviced ahead of me, excluding those looking for refills. Then after all of those people cleared out my order was presented as an “On the fly,” order. There was no apology, no, “Thank you for your patience.” No reward compensation offer. Half of my lunch hour from work was spent waiting for my food even though I presented the issue straight away. That whole team needs a reminder of what the customer experience means. That was a ZERO star experience. Couldn’t even enjoy my food after that.

Slowest Chic-Fil-a I’ve seen in my life. Every time I go literally to any other chick-fil-a it takes 5 min max to get a meal, not this one. Could be 5 min could be 30 you never know.

Just wanted to say that Chris is an absolutely wonderful human being and Chick-fil-A is so blessed to have him. Tonight I was at the counter trying to figure out how to get everything my kids wanted, with what I had on me, and he did everything he could to help me. When he handed me my food he also said, “I just want you to know you’re doing a great job. Merry Christmas,” and I cried. You never know what someone’s going through and I needed that encounter more than he knew it. Please let him know how much I appreciated his kindness towards me and that it meant so much to me.

I went thru the Chick-fil-A drive thru. I’m not one to complain but they gave me a bag that you can clearly see was stepped on and can see shoe prints on the bag. My fries were cold! So over all I’m highly Unsatisfied! And usually I LOVE Chick-fil-A so that’s really saying something! The only thing I did enjoy was my number 1 Chicken sandwich Everything else tasted like they had gotten it out of a garbage can!

I work at a Chick-fil-A myself, so I noticed things that maybe others might not notice. I ordered a Cobb salad with spicy grilled chicken, but the order taker (who was not too friendly and unprofessional) put spicy breaded chicken. So I spoke with the man at the window and he took the salad from me to take off the breaded chicken and put on the grilled. Number one, he should not have taken the salad from me since I had already opened it. What he should have done is let me keep it a remake it. That’s what we have to do at our store. As well, I waited for twenty minutes in the drive thru for my order. Also, my salad was under portioned, and if I had noticed it at the store, I would have gotten a refund. There are lines along the top of the salad bowls that we have to fill up with lettuce and spring mix, and then put the toppings on depending on the salad. I had no tomatoes as well. I was really disappointed in this, especially since I was looking forward to trying out another Chick-fil-A.

Slowest Chick fil a service that I have ever had. Waited a good 15 minutes for our food in the drive thru while cars behind us received their orders. I have never received a my pleasure or even a smile from anyone working here. Terrible customer service.

The food was amazing but what set this place apart was the service. The person who helped us was extremely nice and courteous, made sure to get our food on time and ask us if we need anything multiple times. Great experience here!
