First off I’ve either gotta be insanely proud or insanely pissed off at an establishment for me to leave a review as I’m lazy. This unfortunately is about the latter. It’s been a few months since I’ve been to a bojangles and now I’m starting to remember why. Went through the drive through, the only Customer there. Ordered my meal, pulled to the window, crew barely acknowledged me, maybe said two words to me through the whole interaction, whatever I’m just here to eat. Get home, open my food to find out I’m missing my biscuit, but they’ve seemed to replace it with four forks….what ? My drink had more ice than soda. Chicken was dry and chewy. Don’t think they got one thing right. You want good food, good service, go a few minutes to Chick-fil-A. Don’t waste your time with this place.

They’res a reason why the food rating is a B. We went by at 8pm, road sign dark, no cars in the lot. When we realized that it was open, our food was hard as a rock. Oh well,.shame on us for not going with our gut instinct based off the rating alone.

Went last night ordered 2 meals was told to pull over and wait for them to be ready. Meals was brought out and got dropped next to my truck. Was ask if I still wanted it. After saying no it was taken back inside and less then minute later I had another meal. Once I got home and opened it I could tell she just dumped it in another box, biscuit was busted up and there was some actual dirt on the food also everything was laying on top of the napkins. I had a sandwich for dinner. DO NOT GO THERE

Over 10 minutes with four cars in front of me in the drive-through cars going out of the parking lot waiting to order and no one’s even in line the service here is the worst I’ve ever been to in any restaurant consistently. They stopped taking orders every time someone orders so that the time in the drive-through is not affected

Bojangles you need to cook your food, the quality has gone down hill. I ordered a couple of your sausage/egg biscuits and the biscuits are not done, they taste doughy. The sausage was pale, not cooked properly.

My office is literally 30 seconds away, so I stop by once or twice a week out of convenience—but honestly, it’s getting hard to justify. The drive-thru uses AI, which is actually a plus—at least the system is polite and accurate. But after that, things fall apart.
Last week, I ordered a simple egg and cheese biscuit. I was the only car in line, and it still took 8 minutes. That’s ridiculous, considering the eggs and biscuits are already pre-cooked. How long should that possibly take?
Today was worse. I could see my food sitting on the counter for two full minutes while the employee ignored the window, organized receipts, poured drinks—basically did everything except hand me my food. There’s just zero sense of urgency at this location. It’s fast food in name only.

I did send an email within an hour of the owner’s response – waiting for a reply. (3 days ago.)

We were returning home from vacation and stopped at this restaurant. The food was really good. I got the bo bites with fries and a watermelon tea. The tea was so good, I ordered a half gallon to go. The associates were friendly and courteous, and the meals were prepared quickly. There were 14 of us, and they did a great job of serving us.
