For someone that orders here all the time I must say they used to have some very very nice calf in here. However, a lot of the staff that is in there now are very very ignorant and disrespectful especially the one girl they claim her name is Sophie, but I really doubt they even gave out her correct name. Both managed on duty today. We’re completely useless and unhelpful. I work in customer service. I’m a manager the disrespect that this girl gives to everybody is unacceptable. If you make somebody’s order incorrectly, you fix it don’t try to make it like it’s their fault. I’ll tell you what I will never order from them. it seems like anymore you have all these young kids working in these fast food places and they’re just so disrespectful when you have someone that spends as much money in that place as I do, you think they would not want to lose a customer like that I work a lot it’s convenient and typically when I order I order for more than just me I order for people at my job other people so I spent a significant amount of money here for these damn fast food places around here and I must say the disrespect that I received today from that place and every other incident that I’ve had with this girl, this was the last time don’t make someone’s food incorrectly and then have an attitude when they ask you to fix it and try to make them think as though they did something wrong like, how many times are you gonna say oh there’s chicken in there no, I just went through the entire thing there is no chicken and then a second time it’s made incorrectly if I’m paying for something, especially if I’m paying for extra stuff you should put it on there and not have an attitude when you mess up not once but twice . And then when you’re confronted about your attitude, oh you’re lying girl nobody needs to lie on you. You’re not worth that time of the day for somebody to lie.. Very, very disappointed they need to bring back the people that used to work there. They were very respectable people.. Now you just have a bunch of useless managers and a bunch of ignorant little kids in there!!

Had one of the worst experiences here. If negative stars were an option, I would use them.
I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla and specifically swapped chicken for potatoes because I do not eat chicken. The quesadilla was correct, but the burrito clearly had chicken in it. When I went back and calmly explained, the staff was dismissive and even asked me “what chicken was in there?” which is strange to ask someone who doesn’t eat chicken and had clearly bitten into it.
I then requested a refund, and another employee came over. Before she could even finish responding, someone behind the counter loudly shouted “Wooohoo, eat that money.”
That was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
I’m spending my hard earned money and I have every right to expect my order to be respected especially when it involves dietary restrictions.
After I raised concern about the employee’s behavior, they issued the refund without any further argument, which showed they knew they were in the wrong.
I walked in hungry, expecting a simple meal, and walked out frustrated and disappointed. This was not just about a wrong order but how poorly it was handled.

For starters, I had a coupon that said I would be able to receive two free Tacos per visit the rude employees laughing at me acting like I misread the coupon at the drive-through laughed me off and wouldn’t even give me a single free taco yet alone too, I don’t understand why Taco Bell can’t honor a simple coupon code Me and my dad go here all the time and every single time we order a quesadilla when we order this quesadilla only 2 Slices of the quesadilla had any meat in them. The other two were poorly cut only breading and no flavor. I don’t understand how a simple staple of the menu could be messed up so easily. My dad is more of a burrito I When he goes and gets a burrito, it’s cold. How is the burrito cold? Are they not cooking it back there minus the food. My main complaint is with the customer service at this location. It’s just a bunch of Ignorant, negligent, dishonorable, disgraceful, teenage employees, running the location. None of these employees have any work ethic. They are simply throwing whatever they can together and serving the trash to the public. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location. Every time I get a beverage, they never give me the beverage. I have to verbally ask and request for my beverage and they asked me what size I got. They should know they should’ve given it to me before I got my food like they used to do back in the day, I can’t stand a Taco Bell or any fast food chain that forces you to order from a kiosk. I stand up there at the counter, waiting to ask an employee a simple. Simple question and they tell me I have to order from the kiosk. I tell him I have a question and they say go to the kiosk like it’s gonna answer my question. How can this location possibly be so terrible do not go here you’re trying to avoid food poisoning You’re going to get horribly sick from the food they serve at this location because Irresponsibly prepared thank you

I wish I could say something nice about this place but every single time that I’ve been here, the workers have gotten my order wrong and were either rude or standoffish. I always try to make it as easy as possible when ordering my food, for example, I went in-store one night and ordered a simple bean & cheese burrito with added onions, lettuce, and another topping, and they didn’t add any of it (yes I was still charged for the additions). They even kept my change without asking. No smiles, no greeting, just attitude. And it doesn’t matter if you order in the store or in drive-thru. Every single time, the order has been wrong and they overcharge me. I work at a fastfood restaurant so I understand what it’s like which is why I am giving such a low review because I know it’s not this difficult to provide bare minimum, adequate service. It’s clear that the manager does not care at all about this stores performance. Please do better.

This location always forgets something, if not your whole order completely. Multiple times our Cinnabon delights were forgotten. I don’t even bother ordering them anymore. Food is cold sometimes too. I understand it’s a Taco Bell but even the one in Pleasantville is better than this one. Will drive out of my way to not go to this one.

Latischa was on something (name reciept said). Ordered a cheesey gordita crunch and a hard taco supreme. She seemed to have an issue and said hold on a second. After saying “what” three times because the speaker system was so low she read it back to me. I get to the window and she takes my card. Get receipt and it says CGC and 1 taco sauce. I said I think you forgot my hard taco supreme. Not even a “I did? ” she immediately says “i read it back to you. You said CGC and 1 order of sauce packet” lol. Who puts an order in for a sauce packet when they ask you ask at the end of the order…any sauce?. It didnt even say which heat cause she never asked. I said no worries ill wait. One car that just pulled up behind me. She said ok go around! I said ill wait and she said no you can go around.
Needless to say I left. For her mistake she’s going to inconvenience me??? Shes not even making the food….the hardest part.

Next day In drive through cashier & 4 employees were all ganged up by window to argue with me and didn’t want to give me comp. Order since they mess up and want me to pay again. Worst customer service by young thug kids working at this place.
