Overall, the food was good. The only downside was my sweet potato fries were not crispy. It was a nice place for lunch. The prices were very reasonable.

Absolutely ridiculous prices don’t bother ordering fries i got 7 when I paid 5 extra dollars for fries and a drink. Didn’t get the drink either. 20 bucks? Plus I had to tip my driver. What restaurant sells only a burger no side included for 12 dollars. Stupid

First time eating at this restaurant but very impressed! Incredible lunch menu with wide variety of options at great prices and delicious food! Despite being setup for counter service, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to your needs while dining! The cabin like decor is attractive and comfortable feeling. We look forward to dining here more in the future!

This place is a VIBE. My husband, Alex, and I were briefly in town and found this place online to order takeout from. From the minute we walked in to pick up our order we were amazed by the wonderful customer service….rarely am I at a loss for words….but, God. ❤️ We thought that we were just ordering dinner to take on the road with us but God had other plans! Not only did we leave with the most delicious chicken fingers, fried green tomatoes and potato salad we also left feeling incredibly blessed, encouraged and hopeful. My heart and soul were filled with love and joy from the most intimate, authentic and genuine interaction with Keke a beautiful soul that allowed herself to be used as vessel of God’s GRACE AND LOVE. She poured into my husband and me straight LOVE with intention and purpose directly from a power greater than herself. I feel so blessed to have been given such a blessing at the exact moment that I needed it the most. Thank you, Keke, for living in a way that created and held a space for the presence of God to direct me back to our purpose here on earth….loving each other as He loved us. You truly touched my heart in ways that I can’t describe and my husband and I are crying tears of joy in the parking lot sitting in our car while I write this review. Hunter, you were also a blessing to us both….thank you for taking the time to be fully present and engaged with us while we waited on our food. That ain’t barbecue. Ordered 1/2 slab of ribs. Tasted like they were oven baked a few days prior. No smoke flavor, came somewhat warm, side of baked beans had to be VanKamps….just blah, no flavor. Not reluctant to slap a higher price on the meal, could have slapped some flavor on those ribs. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

I’ve been eating at Big B‘s since the week it opened and we’ve had a home on Lake Martin since 1956. And Big B’s is the only Bar-B-Que that we ever have at our house on the lake.

If you are going through the area make sure to stop at Big B! The staff was really friendly the atmosphere was homey and the food was awesome. We had a group of 7 and everyone was saying how good their dish was. The wings but big and the sauce was awesome. The bread pudding was fresh made and was to die for. Take the time out of your day to stop in and have some BBQ.

Very laid-back and casual just as you would expect any barbecue place to be. Walk in order at the counter, and then wait for the food to be brought to you at the table. I had the brisket plate with fried green tomatoes and potato salad. It was a little light on the meat considering the price; however, I thoroughly enjoyed it and had plenty to eat. They offer unsweet, sweet and peach tea. The peach tea is the overall winner regardless but I’d like to add the sweet tea needs to be mixed with the unsweet so that it’s not way too sweet. Very friendly and helpful staff and a clean restaurant that you will enjoy eating in.

Unbelievable lunch at this place today. I think the rest of Alexander City agrees with me! The place was packed today. I had the brisket sandwich and it was phenomenal. The people are so nice and the service is even better. I will definitely be back!!!!
