Incredible dining experience with fresh and delicious pasta. We were lucky to be seated as we arrived. The appetizers we order were delicious. Some of the best garlic bread ever. Our server was brilliant offering advice and recommendations along the way! Don’t get me started on the pasta. Carbonara was among the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend pasta shop for dinner.

The most important part of any pasta shop is, well, the pasta, and here it shines. With a very short menu, they clearly focus on quality over quantity. Every single dish we ordered for our group was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, and the execution was spot on.
Beyond the food, the staff were very welcoming and nice, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant’s decoration and layout are nice as well, creating a comfortable and appealing setting once you are finally seated.

The major issue is the wait. For our group of seven people, it took a staggering three hours to be seated. While the food and service were fantastic, a wait that long is a serious deterrent and something potential diners should be aware of.

Incredible! We came on a Tuesday night and waited 40 min for a table of 2. The pasta here rivals the top placed you’d find in NYC. And they even gave me an order of free cannolis on the house for my birthday! Incredibly delicious and warm establishment.

I’ve heard a lot of hype about this place, and after finally getting to stop by, the food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back here again at some point. Just wish there was a lot more seating so that it wasn’t so difficult to dine in versus takeout, but with the food tasting so good, it’s worth the inconvenience

I went on a Tuesday at 5pm and the place was packed, that’s how you know it is legit.
When you sit down the service is unbelievable. The manager came over to us and said “thank you so much for being here” + the waiter/whole staff was so nice. Truly a family environment.
They give you a parmesan block before the meal and all of the food is exceptional quality and taste. You can see in the picture how perfectly everything is cooked!

Visiting the area from Miami and I’m very glad we stopped by this restaurant this afternoon. Can’t say enough good things about this dining experience. Our server really set the tone by being very knowledgeable about all the plates he offered us, so we ordered them all. Him along with the rest of the staff who serviced our table did an amazing job, they never let our waters run dry, never let the used plates sit on the table long, and were quick with any requests we had. On top of the amazing service we enjoyed about 6 different meals, which were all phenomenal. Overall a great dining experience and can’t wait to come back when I’m in the area, thank you guys again!

The best restaurant in New Jersey. When we went for the first time, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a table to dine inside. Remember, you have to be patient, however, you can always order takeout and it’s much faster. Honestly, we decided to wait and it was worth it. Once you sit down, a completely unique experience begins. The service, the decor, and the food are spectacular. Since that first time, we haven’t stopped going every Thursday. We order the meatballs and the garlic bread, which is out of this world. I’ve never had meatballs as good as the ones at the Pasta Shop. The service is quick and efficient. The main dishes, like the Argentinean shrimp and the Bolognese, are spectacular! Thank you Pasta Shop for such great food and service! We’ll be back soon!

The best Italian around! We waited for about an hour, strolled around town, were seated by lovely staff who go above and beyond. The food is incredible and affordable! Gluten free pasta is the best you’ll ever have; you’d never know it’s GF. Worth the wait, didn’t feel rushed, amazing food! Overall, the best spot!

Best Italian restaurant in northern NJ. We have been here many times and were never disappointed. Incredible attentive service. The owner welcomed us and thanked us for coming. The food is out of this world delicious! Today we had the mozzarella sticks, chicken parm and a special with scallops. All wonderful! Cannoli for dessert were perfect!
