My sister and I went there with one of her friends for some lunch. The atmosphere was amazing. Good music was playing as always. The staff there was light and kind-hearted they were very sweet. While all of us decided what we were going to eat, we ended up sharing a whole bunch of different stuff which is great. The pricing here is decent for the amount of food you’re getting for one person. There’s always leftovers and they have the best lemonade ever. I swear go get yourself a big old cup!

I placed an online order for pickup, timing it so it would be ready when I arrived. The app said it was set for immediate readiness, but when I got there, they told me it hadn’t even been put in the oven yet and would take another 10-15 minutes. Fine, I waited patiently.

After 20+ minutes, I noticed multiple people who came in after me getting their orders first while I was still standing there. Then I saw the workers whispering to each other, clearly talking about something related to my order. Finally, after over 30 minutes total, my pizza came out.
When I asked why it took so long, the guy working said it got burnt and they had to remake it. I asked why no one communicated that to me—I had specifically told them my name and order number when I arrived, and they clearly knew I was waiting. Both he and the woman working insisted they “didn’t know” I was there for an order. That doesn’t add up, especially after seeing them whispering.

Better communication would have changed everything. A simple heads-up like “Hey, sorry, it burnt—we’re remaking it, it’ll be a few more minutes” and maybe an apology would have made a huge difference. Instead, zero apologies, zero accountability—just excuses.

On top of that, the place was super dirty. The floor was littered with scattered toppings, cheese bits, and crumbs everywhere. I don’t know how the health department hasn’t been called on this location yet—it looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in hours.

Looking at all the other negative reviews for this specific spot, it makes sense. Poor service, long waits, burnt food, and lack of cleanliness seem to be recurring issues here. I’ll stick to the other MOD Pizza location nearby—it’s consistently better. This one? Hard pass.

So apparently the “Pizza Salad” is no longer on the menu. It’s asiago cheese on a thin pizza crust that you can get in addition to a salad. Not the pizza price, not the salad price, but somewhere in between. It’s delicious. I always get it. However, I ordered it tonight for takeout and was told it no longer exists. BUT they could do it “this time.”

We were charged for the full salad AND a full $15.00 pizza (dough and a scattered handful of asiago), despite Garlic cheese bread on a pizza crust with several cheeses and an extra dipping sauce being advertised for less than $9.00. Ridiculous. $15 for a dried out pizza crust with a handful of asiago that probably cost them less than $3.00 in products and labor.

Magicians with the pizza cutter. Somehow this pizza artist was able to cut my pizza so that the middle slice of the last 3 slices was longer than the other 2. I worked at a pizza joint in my twenties and have years of at home pizza making under my belt and I don’t know how they were able to do this shit, but, that’s why they call it magic.

Came in with my husband and 14 year old son to grab some pizzas after attending a school event down at Next Level Pinball. Was immediately greeted by the two workers. The gentlemen (didn’t catch his name) was the one who made all our pizzas and he was extremely nice. Wonderful customer service. I wish I had caught his name because I would love for him to see this. I remember he was originally from Virginia because he commented on my son’s hat that said “VA” on it.

Shout out to you guys! I’m a manager for a high volume drive thru and I just want you to know I appreciate the intention and joy you bring into your shift. Whether you hear it often or not, the customers recognize it and appreciate it.

Don’t go to this one, it’s not worth it… I don’t like writing bad reviews but felt the need to warn the good people of Beaverton about this location. All the other pizza options in town are much better.

We ordered 2 mega thick crust pizzas (One Pepperoni and the other the Dominic) and they were burnt. We gave one of the pizzas back to have them make another one because it tasted like charcoal. They said, ‘You can keep that one and we’ll make a new one’ and I was like, ‘We don’t want it. We’re not going to eat it because it tastes like charcoal’. It took more than 30 minutes for them to make the second pizza and that was burnt too so we ate a couple bites and just left that pizza there because it just wasn’t worth it.

The service wasn’t great and the place was a mess. It wasn’t even that busy, they just have too many Uber Eats online orders that I was watching them pull out of the oven burnt too. Would be nice if they prioritize the people eating at the restaurant.

I loved MOD, but they are no longer what they were. The food is still good, but they’ve now jacked the prices and charge a premium for more than one topping on a pizza, when they used to give you all the toppings you wanted for one lower price point. MOD was a good deal before, now not so much.
Will they lower their prices again? I doubt it.

I liked this spot but it’s really hit or miss, some of the staff are really friendly, some of them are genuinely mean and rude. Sometimes they’ll put effort into your pizza, other times they won’t spread the sauce anywhere near the crust and give you the absolute bare minimum toppings. It kind of sucks, when I walk into a pizza shop I want to know what to expect. I think this location needs better training or management or smth.

I have never written a poor review in my life, and I would never harass an employee, but if you get the guy with dreads making your pizza just come back a different day. I’m not even sure what to say.
My pizza got made the shape of a football with 4-5 inches of crust because he only managed to get sauce and toppings on like 60% of the surface, most of some toppings ended up completely on one side of the pizza, and when he was putting the pepperonis he kept accidentally jamming his finger into the pizza making gouges and pushing stuff around. so there’s big divots with no toppings (In one of the pics below).
Then I had to watch his poor co-worker try to fit it into the togo box it clearly wasn’t going to fit into, before she started sawing off the protective 3rd and 4th inch of crust with the slicer and some tongs, then eventually just gave up and smashed the lit closed folding the pizza up into the edge of the box.
It just is not that hard to use your fingers to place things in a roughly even spread onto a circle. (+ now that I’ve started eating it I find out it’s been overcooked and the crust is like eating leather.)
