I went too close to the fire and got burnt. Shame on me for not trusting the 3.8 star Google ratings on this place and still went for a National Wing Day. Sometimes hunger and celebration spirit blind ratings. The nostalgia from college also came back and that somehow won over the fact that there are many other wing places in the valley that would have had a better outcome than this one at BWW.
I placed a mobile order to be picked up asap and was quoted 20 minutes. When I showed up, I knew right away that I’m screwed. There were plenty of people waiting by the entrance. The poor hostess was working on seating, phone orders, online ordering management, and cleaning up tables. I can’t imagine how stressful that must be. One of the stars is for her. I ended up waiting for 40 more minutes along with other people before my bag showed up. The other star is for the food. The wings tasted great. Was it worth 40 minutes of waiting plus 10 minutes driving there? No.

I ordered delivery and their cashier packaged someone else’s order into my bag, sending me a completely wrong order. I understand mistakes happen and I was going to get a refund but it didn’t rectify the fact I was still without a meal. Their resolution was I could come get it. Clearly if that was an option, I would have never paid double the price to have it delivered. All I got was shoulder shrugs, things happen and an insincere apology. Whole meal wasted and went into the trash and still left withOUT dinner, mind you it was my first meal of the day close to

My first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings. I thought they had a really good selection of flavors, it was hard to choose one. I got the chipotle bbq and it was very good; plenty of flavor. Somebody recommended the potato wedges to us, and I’m glad they did. They were super crispy. Would definitely come back!

Hands down worse experience I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Paige our waitress not only forgot to place my order, but also got my daughters order wrong as well. .By the time I did get my burger everyone. And my party had already finished their food and the manager never arrived to our table untill we were about to leave. Will do be returning to this location again.

So my co-worker and I decided to stop for lunch and decided to sit at the bar. I’ve never experienced such a rude, unprofessional and careless bartender before. The guy did not greet us, asked if we want to eat or drink, then proceeded to take our order making us feel like we owe him money. If he hates his job so much, he shouldn’t be there! Then the food came, tasteless, cold, overcooked and it was very disappointing. On top of that, when I asked for another cocktail drink, the bartender asked if he can use my glass again, I said no, get me a new glass. He was pissed and start slamming items around. I was shocked! He took my glass to the back of house and god knows what he did to my drink, in fact, I didn’t drink it because I didn’t trust the bartender. Management should look at this closely and do what is necessary to fix this place.

This is a very convenient location if you are shopping at the mall. The burger that I had tasted great and my wife enjoyed her wings. Unfortunately, the food took a ridiculously long amount of time to come out of the kitchen. I’m not quite sure what the holdup was because the place was not very packed. The cheese curds we ordered were definitely off though I was not in the mood by the time we got our food to worry about complaining.
Hoping this place gets its timing turned around as it should be a solid go to and I was disappointed during this trip.

A colleague recommended me this place, don’t regret to take his word, price is acceptable, place is nice, has no smoking and smokers area, as well as bar and restaurant type tables inside. Nice range of wing flavors and waiter knew how to advise us in our first order. It has nice middle size burgers also.
All in all, a very good experience.

I rarely if ever post negative comments. I usually dont comment at all on places that really disappoint. However this is the second time that Buffalo really made for an unpleasant experience. Boneless wings were well overcooked and the Teriyaki was thick enough to be a glaze and unfortunately not tasty at all. Service was short and I quess I would call it a little brisk. Given both these experiences I dont believe i will be back. Make your own conclusions.

We came here after an ASU softball game with a medium sized group of people. They were very difficult on what tables we were able to use and didn’t want us to move certain tables even though other groups had done the same thing.
There was trash on the floor, the service was very slow (it’s not a big place and it wasn’t very busy), they were “out of” some dishes even though those dishes were later delivered to the other side of our table, the were out of a few beer selections and the place overall just looked old and run down.
The food was probably as we expected – we were expecting much from a place like this. But when we tried to order a salad and were told that it was not available…only to see it later delivered to people at the other side of our table — that was pretty upsetting.
