My parents had a really disappointing experience here. They found a chicken feather on their food and when they told the waiter, he seemed upset and said he wasn’t the cook instead of apologizing. He brought the cook over, who also didn’t apologize or show any concern.

What made it worse was that the cook later laughed and joked with another table about the situation. That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Even after being treated that way, my parents still left a tip because they wanted to be kind — but the staff definitely didn’t show them the same respect. Very poor customer service and no accountability.

Our sever was nice but he had the whole back bar area that was pretty full so things were slow. I recommend going to the bar if seat’s available so you can get reasonable service time.

Horrible service and mediocre lukewarm food.
Our server hadn’t visited our table for 20 minutes and every drink on the table was empty. I took two empty glasses over to two people standing and chatting by the soda refill station and explained that our server was nowhere to be found. I asked if we could get a couple of soda refills. A small curly haired person in a filthy uniform told me I was “being disrespectful”.
Instead of causing a scene, I went to the front and asked a seemingly less confrontational employee if I could speak to a manager.
The manager listened, but seemed more concerned about the rude employees “point of view” than his customers needs being met.
The only point of view important to me was that the inattentive and rude staff should fix their attitudes while serving lukewarm food to their customers and then ignoring them until it was time to pay the check.
I wouldn’t eat here again if I was starving to death. There are better options for food literally anywhere else in the mall.
The horrible attitudes of the staff should be addressed, and everyone working there should go home and wash their uniforms.

Both visits to this BWW establishment have resulted in zero service. On our first visit in early 2025, we left our name to await a table for a ten minute wait. Never called and after people started getting seating ahead of our simple party of three, we asked the host what happened and they forgot. So on my next visit this week, I noted about 60% of the bar tables were open. The restaurant section was also less than 50% capacity as it was 1430 in the afternoon. I got comfortable at a high table and noting walking by four staff chatting at the kitchen entrance. After a couple minutes, a wait staff attendant asked if I had been seated, and asked me to leave and get seated by the host. Trudging back to the host, I was told it was a 30 minute wait and the individual took my phone number. I noted the attendant wrote it down correctly. Patiently I waited at the entrance for over 30 minutes, and still haven’t been called back. This location is beyond lousy, as I received more attentive and polite service at wall-to-wall Gopher Saturday night victories (volleyball/basketball 1994-1997) at the former Dinkytown location. Just about everything you can do wrong in the restaurant business, this location has it. Servers obviously aren’t being compensated (or tipped) enough to requite being chill toward a three-decade, helpful and table cleaning/repairing customer.

Everything was awful. I ordered pick up and waited an hour for the food. I was told by the staff that the person in charge of the food for online was doing two other jobs. Obviously its not his fault. It definitely is the managers fault. If you cannot keep up with dinning and online orders to the point you have to pull the online person, why not turn the orders off? Its was a huge inconvenience to me and a waste of my lunch. Also, when I finally got my food, it was cold. The managers really dropped the ball and like I told the staff im upset with their managers because they are not running the restaurant intelligently. When I asked for a business card, the lady up front pointed to the giftcards. Figures.

Went with my friend the other day, and our waitress Dawnia wasn’t attentive at all, gave us the bill before we even asked for it, not giving us the chance to even order more food if we wanted, had an attitude towards us and my friend had to ask someone else for a to go box, all the while she was sitting somewhere else on her phone watching videos. Great food and drinks though.

I was ready to sit down and eat at this location with my 8 year old granddaughter..there was a manager at the entrance stopped us and said I’d have to finish my coffee that I had in my hand first..it’s the mall location on the 3rd floor food strip. Everyone walks in with something..
He looked at my mixed race grand baby and me with a look like he was very angry?
I’m white my grand baby is African American the manager was African American as well? He seemed agitated right when we got to the entrance..and it wasn’t because of my coffee!
I don’t recommend going there…the manager was smug and very power hungry..I could use another word but I’ll refrain..don’t give your hard earned money too Buffalo Wild Wings at the Mall of America!!

Place online order for birthday dinner for asap but after I paid for it it said pick up for tomorrow. Call store nothing they could do about it. But give refund that would take up to three day. Ask if could send to different store she said no that there us nothing they could do except do a refund for 3to 4 days like for real. Ask to speck to manager she said no one above her she was the assistant manager. She was rude about this I ask her so my kids can go hunger the lady said yes they can. Like great customer service. Not even a one star

They claimed they were short staffed so it took 20 minutes to get seated. Our waiter (younger gentleman) was pleasant but not very efficient. Also, workers were lazily wandering around instead of checking in with customers or helping. It took 10 minutes to get my beverage even thought the bartender was chatting leisurely with workers. The wings were overcooked and they forgot my side of fries. My son’s burger was okay. I am not expecting much going to a restaurant at the MOA (especially BWWs…), but it failed to meet even those low standards; a little bit of supervision/management would go a long way towards improving the customer experience.
