Gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a bacon king and gave me a single burger with no bacon on it I ordered a double. This was also early morning and I had an online order. So how did they mess it up idk. I just want the food I ordered after a long shift. Oh they even asked if it was a mobile order, and there was no one else there. And my drinks and sauce were right. Like how do you not get any of my order besides drinks right smfh

Good evening. So I Uber because I’m laid off until March. I drive a dump truck for Scot Heller Trucking LLC. Ubering really helps once you figure out what days make you BREAD…. Back the subject. Burger King is usually good but not this location I was picking up a Uber of course. When I walked in I didn’t notice the lobby I be honest. So it was a line. I had to get in front of people and excuse myself of course. Once I got threw that line up to the front counter I was shocked to see French fries in the floor everyone knows that BK DOESN’T GIVE YOU ALOT OF FRIES . The manager running drive thru and the front counter. I commend you ma’am. I would have clocked out and said my babies were not feeling well. That’s when I was younger and dumber. The manager is focused on drive thru she’s trying to keep up with front counter as well. The cook comes out and starts bagging food that’s a beautiful sight. I have worked in fast food as a manager for 4 years. I have never seen loyalty like that before. I had to call him to get my order that was on the counter now if I would have been hood and reached over the counter to retrieve my order believe me you wouldn’t have.

The lady who works the drive through at night is a doll she is very sweet. They always make my food fresh and delicious I would definitely recommend I’m happy I gave a different Burger King a chance the one close to me closed down and they where terrible this one is great it’s a bit of a drive but worth it.

Went for breakfast and did drive thru. Croissant sandwiches were not good. Had to put in the microwave to make them warm enough to eat! Also was told to pull in front they were waiting on hash browns. You would of expected them to be hot since I had to wait they were not. In fact you could tell they were not fresh! Totally disgusting food BURGER KING

We sat in the non moving drive through lane for 10 minutes before I finally went inside. It took 16 minutes from the time I ordered to get two cheeseburger kids meals. When i finally got them the cheeseburgers were cold. There were orders that were made after mine that came out before mine. Terrible service!

I just went to Burger King today, and this lady with pink hair and a tattoo that says Love on her neck was very rude, loud, and she pulled out a knife in front of me my father and my children. all we wanted our food but she started complaining about her issues rather doing her job leaving all her colleagues to pick up her slack, if that’s the way you guys run a business, I will never dine here with my children ever again.
