This McDonald’s is conveniently located right off Maryland 404, making it a great stop whether you’re passing through or local. Ordering is super easy—you can order ahead using the app, use the curbside pickup, go through the double-lane drive-through (which helps keep wait times short), or walk in and use the touchscreen kiosks.
The inside of the restaurant is fairly clean and modern, with plenty of seating and an indoor playground for the little kids, which is a nice bonus if you’re dining in. There’s also lots of parking outside, so no stress about finding a spot.
Overall, a solid and convenient McDonald’s experience!

I’ve ordered on plenty of McDonald’s kiosks but this one caused me trouble. It kept saying upgrade for $0.00. I press it, it adds $.89 to my meal (pre tax). McDonald’s what are we doing. And no, why am I being slammed with the option to round up $5 for Ronald McDonald’s for my meal… I’m not helping your corporate tax write off.

Windows were being washed as we entered the McDonald’s. Todd was taking excellent care of tending to the dining room. Fries were perfect and sandwiches good, too. An extra shout-out to Todd. He was friendly, helpful, and kept everything clean at the Denton, MD McDonald’s.

Don’t order breakfast at 10:55 am through the app before breakfast ends. My Fiance and I put our order in for delivery through the app. So it let us order breakfast, dasher got there said they were waiting on hash browns, the. The store canceled our order because it was after breakfast. The dasher was great this is not their fault and I’m thankful for how helpful and polite they were. But the store made no sense if I can order breakfast on the app before it ends I should be able to have my order filled and have to worry about it being canceled just because they were starting lunch and didn’t want to fill the rest of my order. I do not recommend this store for last minute breakfast.

The hash brown was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside- perfect. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was a miss. The bacon was hard and over cooked. The biscuit was extremely bland and tasted more like soda bread. Didn’t like at all.

I don’t expect good service from a McDonald’s restaurant, especially when it is the middle of a highway, but at least a minimum level of customer service is anticipated.

Low management, dirty restroom, the kitchen was full of flies, indifferent personnel, slow service…
For example, a milkshake was part of my order, preparation? everyone passed it to another one, and the last person took care of my order after 14 minutes! How?
Put the cup on the counter, while all around the cup was full of cream, not giving me a straw, and the worst, didn’t bother to say something like sorry for the delay !

Standard McDonald’s experience with quick service. The nuggets lacked their usual crispiness, coming out soggy. The Big Mac was consistent with what I’ve come to expect. There was some confusion when I tried to place an order in the drive-thru while also attempting to pick up a mobile order.

Editing review: GM in this location contacted me immediately. Very pleased with the resolution. I will give this location another try, McDonald’s is my fast food choice.
Had to pull up for order behind another car waiting. They received either a wrong order or incomplete. The person in front of us got out of car & took 2 hamburger boxes back in. Our order came out and we asked if they were our burgers or the burgers the person returned, after he dug through our bag and didn’t give it to us right away. No, we threw them away, he said. Got the order home, missing 1 fry, got 1/2 the other fry and nuggets that we did not order. Car in front of us still there when we left.

Large play area indoors. Super crowded, bathrooms weren’t super clean but manageable. Two things were wrong with our order, but were fixed when requested.
