We ordered our steaks medium rare. They had to recook the steaks twice; 1st time because they were cooked well done, the 2nd time because they were rare. By the time we got them the 2nd time, our vegetables were cold. They brought us our bill before we got our steaks. They did comp our 2 steaks, but still. This is the 2nd time we’ve tried Outback and the 2nd time we weren’t really happy with our experience. We probably will not come back again.

Our server Mariah was beyond AMAZING! She made my son’s 16th birthday and first time there a memorable one! She noticed I liked a certain sauce so she gave me one on the side for my burger, we never ran out of drinks. Her ability to engage with our family is not something every restaurant has, but Outback definitely has it. We raved about how amazing she was the rest of the night, thank you Mariah!!!!!!! I hope you only get pleasant people and get the biggest tips ever because you deserve it!!!!!!!!

Quick weekend trip to Ouray, Colorado for jeep stopped off at outback and had a fantastic meal with my son and his girlfriend. Staff was kind and nice and the food came out quick and the food was prepared properly to our order and liking most likely we will make this frequent stop as we come here with our Huskie’z Landscaping, Inc staff on our yearly weekend trip

The restaurant is empty, the food is terrible. The service is slow because they are understaffed. Sunday, afternoon is when we went. The cost for what they offer is so overvalued. I am shocked at the positive reviews. If you doubt me, have a wait, I mean a look. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was empty. This place is like a diner, with steak house prices. That is why the parking lot is empty. Go to Olive Garden next door. It is a differnent world of quality.

Wow I’m not normally shocked by food, but the salmon was absolutely delicious!!! Cooked amazing and I ate the whole thing!! This was an incredible meal that’s gotta be good enough to impress even a celebrity cook like Gordon Ramsey!! The cooks name was Alicia! I just want her to get recognition for this wonderful meal!! Food wasnt the best. Consistency issues. Steak wasnt cooked correctly first time, or second, but ate it anyway although it was super fibery. Kings pasta tasted like it was out of a box. First bread was rock hard, so we had to ask for another. Soup was ok.

It’s so hard to get truly good service now a days n he hit every check box on my list of what a Excellent service should be!! From the blooming onion being way too salty to management micromanaging every single thing makes it a very difficult establishment. You can’t ask a simple question to your coworkers to get a straight answer and not expect to be talked to by the manager the next day. misconstrueding my words and being very misunderstood as a person of developmental disabilities before employment and during. It’s really hard to get in touch with your managers as they refuse to give out their phone numbers making you call the actual store which doesn’t open til 11 and no one is there til 10. makes it hard to get a hold of somebody if there is a call out and/or a problem with the schedule. When you’re told by three different people that are higher up stating that it’s okay that there are three minor dishes left out and a-okay to go, I shouldn’t expect to be called into the office or talk to the next day; being told a different story. You can’t correct an issue if you’re being told multiple different stories. I tried and still failed and was set to fail in the beginning without any sort of clear direction. Great team? More like a bunch of cut throat teens trying to one up another. No wonder why you have such a high turn over.

I want to take a moment to recognize Kylie and Wendy for making my visit to Outback Steakhouse one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind.
Kylie took the time to explain menu options, made excellent recommendations, and checked in often to be sure everything was perfect without ever making us feel rushed. She went above and beyond to make sure our table was comfortable and our meals exactly the way we wanted. Her energy and professionalism made the meal feel special.
Wendy was just as incredible. She jumped in to help with drinks, made sure our food came out promptly, and had such a positive, friendly attitude. She treated us like guests in her own home rather than just another table, and that kind of service is rare.
Both Kylie and Wendy worked together seamlessly, and you can tell they take pride in their work. It’s not often you find servers who balance efficiency, personality, and genuine hospitality so well. Because of them, our night at Outback was memorable, and it made me want to come back again soon.
