Decatur McDonald’s rocks!! I’ve been to a lot of different McDonald’s lately because of Monopoly and this was definitely one of the best locations. The employees were very friendly, lobby was super clean, and they even have a soda machine in the lobby unlike many locations getting rid of them. My custom order was correct and fries were too hot to eat(good problem to have). Would recommend!!

Ordered inside and waited 10 minutes before getting our food. The food was obviously sitting a while because it was lukewarm. The menu switched to lunch soon after we got our food and the people who ordered lunch got their food quickly while our breakfast food was sitting there getting cold. They don’t prioritize the customer.

REALLY? I got the #7 which is a two cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. The cheeseburgers are supposed to come with onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. On my last burger i got ketchup, mustard, and ONE PICKLE! On this one i only got ketchup and mustard. This is ridiculous! Make sure you double check your meals before leaving the drive thru!!

Always a little leary with any fast food…especially drive thru. Using the app and picking up curbside went great, smooth, and all the food was right all the way to the no-salt fries.

As a person who rarely eats fast food, I entered this McDonalds for a quick bite to eat. I mistakenly ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich and meant to order buttermilk chicken tenders. They gave me exactly what I ordered, and when I requested sauce for the “tenders”, the mistake was discovered. The employees said the mistake was THEIRS, apologized to ME, gave me tenders, and did not charge me the higher price. Wow, what customer service! Thank you for being gracious and kind!

Yes, it’s McD’s, but maybe the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Service, the people who work there are friendly. Food is served hot and fast. The drink machines have crushed ice…a bonus!

Every time we come to this mc Donald something always gets messed up….or it’s just flat out cold… or if it’s suposed to be frozen…like a frape it’s not always frozen and seems like it’s even sitting there for a while…well today they tried to give me a medium frape…when everything CLEARLY stated L for LARGE….even on the frape ticket itself said L…how on earth do you not catch that….then I had to wait for forever for a anyone to say anything to me and the lady waiting to place an order…then I had to proced to wait even longer for them to correct the mistake…I get being busy but making careless mistakes costs TIME for ALL OF US.
