On Monday 2/23/26 I ordered threw the drive threw. They didn’t give me my full order and handing me my food the bag broke and fell on the ground and all over my car . I called when I got home about the missing items gave them my name and was told that the order would be replaced to make it right. I went to get the order replaced on Saturday 2/27 and was told that they knew nothing about it. I tried to call the store later and was rudely hung up on and then they refused to answer my calls. Never plan on getting anything from Taco Bell again and will tell everyone how bad the food and service is

I made an order for chalupa with black beans and fries first of they took long time to make and after that they gave me chalupa without cheese and fries was hard and totally cold after that I asked for refound they they told me what’s wrong with it, that the order which one you ordered and that black who was working on register he was so rude and aggressive I recommend please stop ordering from here. Wait times are typically 45-60 minutes in the drive through consistently. The food is also either overcooked or missing altogether. On my last order this location missed 3/5 tacos. Nothing special about them, just three crunchy tacos. I will be avoiding this location until significant changes are made.

Waited for a half an hour or so or more to get food, the lines was so long and waiting it’s ridiculous . If you want fast food or taco bell it isn’t worth it because your not getting the fast food or fast time meaning fast food.

I want to give 5 stars to the shift manager that prioritized the safety of her employees and her customers over profits when there was a safety hazard in the kitchen. She made the brave call to halt operations until the issue was resolved. She deserves praise and admiration from the management team. Thank you for making the right call. The courage you showed is not common.

Came here Saturday night and placed an order at 7:30pm…it’s 8pm and I still don’t have any food. Only 2 guys working and there is a crazy drive through line waiting for food. Management needs to get a hold of this location quickly. The food is expensive and not fast now…this will be the end of Taco Bell if food is expensive and slow.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The lady who handled the drive through last night at 01/22 1:58 am was extremely awful. She wasn’t aware of the update of the combo. She proceeded to be rude and snatch my food from me. I just wanted to keep it simple and get my missing taco. The worse service ever!!!!

Oh yeah….paid 3 dollars for a possibly less than 1 tablespoon of meat. I ordered 2 tacos and the other was a 6 dollar taco with basically cheese (barely any of that) and lettuce. I know we have inflation but u can’t charge a ton of money for absolutely nothing! What a disgrace. One of my favorite places i will never eat at ever again. No excuse for this!

20 min or more in the drive thru line before even getting to the speaker (with 3 cars ahead of me). Expect a long wait at the window as well. 4 vehicles behind me bailed after 15 min and my only regret is I didn’t do the same, as I ordered ahead. I’ve been to this location 3x with these insane wait times. It’s not getting better. I have no idea how this franchise is still running.
