I absolutely love Rancho Viejo. It’s hands down my favorite go-to spot when I’m craving authentic Mexican food and some amazing drinks. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious every time I come in.
What really keeps me coming back though is the atmosphere and the people. The staff are incredibly friendly, and after going there so often, I’ve actually gotten to know many of them. They always make you feel welcome and taken care of, which makes the whole experience even better.
Between the great food, fantastic drinks, and excellent service, it’s just an all-around amazing place. If you’re looking for a restaurant that feels welcoming and serves really good Mexican cuisine, Rancho Viejo is definitely worth a visit.

Since moving from Duluth, GA to Winder, GA, we’ve found an amazing spot: Rancho Viejo Cantina & Terrace. The food is top-notch, the staff is always awesome and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great with good music. They even host game night on Wednesdays around 7:00 PM, which makes it even more fun. This has easily become one of the best Mexican restaurants we’ve found in Georgia. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the Winder area!

We had dinner here for the 1st time to celebrate my birthday. We had about a 20 minute wait since it was prime dinner time but it was well worth it! The chips were fresh and salsa had great flavor. We ordered Esquites for our appetizer and then Fajitas Fantasy and the Parrillada Platter for our entrées. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were amazing. Our server was awesome and very attentive, even with as busy as it was. It is a really nice atmosphere as well, with multiple TVs and a good variety of music. We will definitely be back to try new things!

Call ahead to make a reservation for the rooftop. They said everything was fine. Gave them arrival time but when we drove over an hour to get there they told us it was closed. Then pretty much told us to leave with 45 minutes left. They just wanted to sit around and do nothing and get paid.

absolutely out of this world. Crispy, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and the consommé was unreal. Easily some of the best birria I’ve had.
Daniela checked in at just the right times, made great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. Fantastic service paired with amazing food — we’ll definitely be back and asking for her again

Last night I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. It was my first time visiting, and I had checked some recommendations beforehand, which seemed positive, but I had to experience it for myself. It was definitely an unforgettable experience. I ordered the Tequila Chicken, which was spectacular. The service was phenomenal. The waitress who served us was truly attentive; she never neglected our table, and I was impressed with her service. She made sure that each of us was satisfied. She served a table of six, and there was no delay whatsoever. It’s truly gratifying for the restaurant to have people like her who provide such spectacular service. She focused on making us feel at home. At the end of the meal, I asked her if she was an employee or the owner, to which she replied that she was an employee. I was truly surprised by the care she puts into her customers and the satisfaction we felt at the end of the meal. I saw that there are very good reviews of other servers, but so far, I’ve only had the pleasure of meeting Daniela. I am truly very satisfied. My sincerest congratulations to the restaurant and very good recommendations from the city of Roswell.

I’ve never has a bad meal here. The portions are plentiful and very flavorful. The salsa has just enough bite to satisfy my spicy level(I like spicy)but not so spicy that you can’t enjoy it. The carnitas are my absolute favorite though. They are so tender you can cute them with a fork.
