I visited this Wendy’s location during the morning shift and wanted to recognize the manager (Luther) for doing an outstanding job. He keeps the team organized, the atmosphere positive, and everything running smoothly during busy hours. You can tell he leads by example and treats both employees and customers with respect. It’s rare to see such strong leadership in fast food, and it truly makes a difference in the experience. Keep up the great work!

The man working counter said I can only add to Wendy’s points if I order myself online using Wendy’s app. I told him I don’t work here but I don’t think that is correct. Then he said I need your bar code I had the app open on my phone trying to find he didn’t know where to find. Another worker came up and showed me where to find my code. Driving home I realized with dealing with worker I forgot to use $3.00 off $20.00 or more. My order was not correct. I ordered 1 bacon hamburger but there was 2. I was missing a Dave’s single with cheese. I’ve never had a problem with this location before but this experience was bad. I’m sure I’ll go back but now I’ll have to check my bag for to go orders.

The manager, Burt is very professional. I went in at first to get a large zero sugar sweet tea. Then, about 10 minutes later I returned to get a Junior cheeseburger. I was explaining to Burt that something told me come back and get something else. He told me that he likes repeat customers.

Can’t even get a simple order right. I ordered 3 items and only got 2. It should not be my responsibility to double check my bag before I drive away to make sure I have everything I ordered when I already told you what I want once. Even more, I PAID FOR IT!! The drive thru workers seemed like they were having a good time though, laughing and carrying on. Maybe if they focused on doing there job, my order would have been correct…then again maybe not. I went to this Wendy’s after an Oncology appt yesterday. I was starving, but really only wanted a frosty and fries.. something to tie me over.
The worker there, David, was incredible with me and another customer that was in Wendy’s.
He patiently asked the elderly person, after me, if he wanted particular items on his sandwich…to make sure the order was right.
David has kindness and compassion, that we don’t see so much in our hurried world today..and then to see it in a fast food setting!!? I was amazed and impressed.
Thank you David …for taking time to make people feel important. You are awesome!

When they forget to complete your drive through order, probably because the worker is listening to their headphones while serving you….they want you to drive back to fix their mistakes. That’s the whole reason you go through a drive through. They can keep the money and hire more responsible employees. Fastfood is take your money fast, and we don’t care about your food. Does this look like $13?

The reason why I give this location such a poor rating as they have stopped serving fresh brewed tea. And that’s one thing that I count on as a refreshing drink. So shame shame on them for taking the cheap route. They lost me as a customer.

No complaints from this location. I usually don’t make reviews whether they are good or bad experiences but I felt it on my heart to do it today. My family and I went into the dining room to have breakfast this morning. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a lady named “Susan” she walked right over to my 2 year old daughter and handed her a book which made her smile. She was a very pleasant, easy going, and extremely helpful person. Even though I had gave her the wrong number for the combo I wanted she politely traded in the breakfast sandwich for the one that I originally wanted. When you go out to eat you want to have an enjoyable experience which very often anymore you don’t always get especially in the fast food industry. People like Susan deserve a pat on the back. It doesn’t take much to smile and be kind and it really makes a difference in someone’s day when you treat others with respect. Thank you, Susan

It was one of the best burgers we have ever ate,it actually looked like the burger on the commercial. The drive thru service was excellent . It was about 12:30 am when we stopped.

Went through the drive-thru got a baked potato, looked in the bag and there was only one butter. I had to ask the guy for another one, and then when I asked him if I could have one more, he rolled his eyes and acted like that he wasn’t allowed to do that, but then he gave it to me very rude.
