Very disappointed with this dinner. The staff member we dealt with showed little professionalism, answering curtly and without tact. The atmosphere is cozy, but the benches were full of stains and dirty, unacceptable for a restaurant. The chicken was overcooked and firm, with a burnt, unpleasant taste. To make matters worse, the side dish and even the sauce for the main course were charged extra. Why? Given the price, we expected much better. There is a lot to improve.

If you don’t speak French I recommend studying the menu before arriving and go in knowing what you want to order. It took us a while to translate the options, and then also took quite some time to get our food. But once we did it was delicious and I would definitely recommend/return!

A restaurant with really amazing food, you can taste and see that it is made with love. The prices and the quality of the food fit perfectly. The interior is beautiful and the Service was very lovely. We have highly recommend to have a beautiful evening here.

This was my first time in France, and as tourists, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to dine than LeBirdy in Dunkerque. From the moment we walked in, we were treated incredibly well. The staff spoke very good English, which made our experience so much smoother and more enjoyable.
I ordered the chicken pasta, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and the portions were very generous—more than enough to satisfy a hungry traveler. It was also my first time trying crème brûlée, and it did not disappoint. The dessert was incredibly delicious, with a perfectly caramelized top and a creamy, dreamy custard underneath.
Our meal at LeBirdy was truly one of the highlights of our trip. If I ever find myself back in France, visiting LeBirdy Dunkerque again will be at the top of my list. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!

Amazing food, generous portions. The personel were very nice and easy to get ahold of. The crust on my créme brûlée was not the best, however, as a beer lover myself I can say their mocktails were extremely good. If I’m ever in Dunkerque in the future, I will definitely eat here again.

The food was good, the staff were friendly but still eager and pushy to take our plates before they were finished, also they didn’t enjoy us ordering our drinks first, and ordering appetizers after 5 minutes and the main dish after another 5 minutes (not a big deal btw)
Their grilled chicken/minced meat was not as tasty as I expected but the eyes of the tiger ( I used google translate so I’m not sure about the names) which was like sliced steak was really good. Also the mocktails were good (although we really liked to have some wine with our dinner but they didn’t have any alcoholic beverages)
The samosas were good and the other appetizer which was like melted cheddar on some cold cuts was amazing
