Everytime i come to this particular Popeyes the person who is taking my order get my order wrong. I order a 3pc spicy white. Of course they were out of spicy. Give me a 3pc white regular with mash potatoes and macaroni. I get back to my truck i have a 3pc mixed with fries. I couldn’t go back because i was in a 18wheeler. Please do better. If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a delivery which was over an hour late ice cold and missing half my order. I reached out to customer support for a refund due to the fact I wasn’t able to eat the food I recieved. They refused to give me a refund and was extremely unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager/ corporate my request was ignored. I would not recommend Popeyes chicken to anyone. Its a rip off. I dont feel appreciated as a customer. I will never go back and spend my hard earned money on this crap. Popeyes customer support is a joke. You literally cannot talk to anyone over the phone its all done via email which is insane. One of the worst experiences I have had at a fast food restaurant 0 out of 10 I will never recommend!!

I would give the food more than 5 stars when it’s fresh. I go here at least 3 times a week or more, and sometimes once a week I’ll get a day where its not the freshest. But the people there make up for it by doing good for the loyal customers. I gave only 4 stars overall because sometimes they can be a little slow, but it is always worth it in the end.

I had a terrible experience at Popeyes. The staff member (Big Lady) I encountered was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable for anyone working in customer service to display such passive-aggressive behaviour. I also observed discriminatory actions, which is deeply concerning.
On top of that, the service was extremely slow—I had to wait far longer than reasonable for my order. To make matters worse, it felt like food safety wasn’t a priority at this location. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this Popeyes to anyone.

THE MOST HORRIBLE POPEYES EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff was all young. The Cashier wasn’t paying any attention to what the customer was ordering or what he was doing on the register. My first order was wrong. And my second order was burnt. The staff was laughing at the fact they were messing peoples orders up. While i waited to get my food 4 people had to get their orders fixed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
