My bf barely talked to me while here bc he was too busy enjoying his breakfast bowl that’s how I knew this was our new favorite spot. Portions were huge and priced well.

2nd time here. The smoked pork was AMAZING! Breakfast and service was better than last time. Meatloaf was ok. Fried okra was good. Fun old school family feel. OLD REVIEW: Their breakfast was good NOT great. Server was friendly and helpful but slow. Biscuits & gravy were yummy but just ok for the price. Go to Seeds Cafe or Pete’s place instead. Next time I’ll get lunch/dinner

We absolutely loved this food establishment. I love the decor and the Americana spirit the country vibes. We thought the food was delicious. We ordered omelettes. We both ordered chicken fajita omelettes. We thought our omelettes were definitely hardy and delicious. We put the salsa on top and it was good.

Seriously, one of the best down home restaurants I have ever eaten at. Friendly, fast service that knows their regulars by name. High quality country cooking is at its finest! I’ve had both the fried catfish and the biscuits and gravy; it has all been top notch! And the banana pudding is probably the BEST I’ve had since my Mom’s. Do yourself a favor, get there early! If you wait, they’ll start running out of the good stuff!

Gunn Club Cafe is the unofficial after service meeting place for Central Baptist Church. I’ve been here far too many times to count. Our former pastor and his wife even have their picture on the wall! In my 10+ years of eating here, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal. The same can be said of the service. I recommend not ordering take out. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich which had more lettuce and tomato than chicken salad. Does not live up to the portions you get when dining in. Very disappointing.

If you want OMG good true Southern Biscuits and Gravy, The Gun Club Cafe has to be on your stop. There’s a reason you don’t find very many Cracker Barrels in this part of Florida and that’s because they are the garbage can of Southern Food when compared to the Gun Club Cafe! This place is famous locally for breakfast. Their lunch offerings are also exceptional too! The menu variety is wide. Something here for everybody and it all is delicious! Hidden Gem for sure if you aren’t a local. Locals definitely know about this place. The portions are huge, the price is beyond fair. I feel like I could write a book, but it would be beating a dead horse. Just find a way to get yourself to the Gun Club Cafe. 10/10 you won’t regret it.
