The guy in the drive thru looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me, I’ve been standing here for 5 mins or more. His phone is apparently more important because he has been on that most of the time!

We placed an online order at 4:30. We arrived around 4:45 and pulled up to the drive through. They told us to pull up to the line, even though no one was there and it wasn’t busy. At least 10 cars went though the drive through and got there food before us. I went inside 3 times to ask about our food just to get told that it will come out soon. Took them over an hour just to give us our food. Then they got my order wrong. They didn’t put any meat on my burrito. Just a tortilla with rice and cheese. We got 2 cups of avocado ranch sauce and when we got them there was barely any sauce in there. There were 4 people working and took and hour to get our 3 burritos out. Will never come back there.

The service here was amazing! The night crew on 11/4/2025 deserve so much praise and recognition. They were welcoming when we walked in, delivered our food to the table and made sure we had everything we needed, and even checked on us throughout the meal. Better service than we’ve had at any fast food restaurant, really even a traditional restaurant, in a VERY long time. We just moved to the area and are so thankful that this will be our local Taco Bell. Special shoutout to Jewels for the amazing energy and customer service!

You can get a redo on renovations, (3rd times a charm) usually but not here. . it also makes no difference when service is slow, tables and counters are dirty and the food is gross and wrong. I got dr pepper but it tasted like diet something else. The soft tortillas were definitely old. My food was cold by the time I had to ask them to hand me the bag. And then it tasted like chemicals. We won’t be back here.

Had the worst experience at this Taco Bell location. Was really craving Taco Bell for dinner today, so we stopped by here. While placing our order at the drive-thru, a lady started taking it, but mid-order a guy suddenly interrupted and rushed us like crazy. They didn’t even put in the sauces after we asked for them and completely forgot our Mexican rice—even after taking the payment. Honestly, the whole excitement of trying the crispy chicken burrito died down when it turned out to be cold and the same size as a soft taco. Really disappointing overall.

By far the worst taco bell in the area. Very slow and somehow they run out of bottle water & fire sauce. They also don’t have build your own carving box on their menu.

I placed and paid for an online order to be ready at 4:30. Arrived at 4:50 to find 3 employees working, no customers in the drive thru, or any inside the store. I give them the order number only to be told that they are “working on it”.
So I ask “is the order ready?” I’m told “Yes, he’s working on it.” So that means NO. My order isn’t ready.
I told him to cancel the order. “No, it will be up in a minute.” NOPE. Cancel my order.
It’s just Taco Bell, I get it, but damn… I’ll go get food somewhere else.

Stay away. Store is filthy, staff is rude, orders come out wrong and undercooked with minimal fillings, and all that only after you sit in your car waiting for a half hour.
Last few times I went have involved waiting up to 30min to get my order, with most of that time spent sitting next to the speaker/mic, waiting for someone to acknowledge me or saying it’ll just be another minute.
I get that the service industry is struggling right now, but this location has far and away surpassed any level of disfunction I’ve seen elsewhere, with employees that are ruder, less helpful, and most likely to mess up your order.
This last visit (and it will be my last, at least for a few years, by which time I’ll have moved away) had me getting scraps of undercooked “food” with a rude attendant tossing 2 packets of the wrong sauce for 3 tacos, and only after she finally acknowledged that I was still sitting in her window. Idk why she was so annoyed that I wanted sauce, but I honestly don’t care anymore.
One final note, not particular to this location, taco bell used to be appealing despite it’s always low quality food because it was so cheap, but it now costs more than even Chick-fil-A, a restaurant that has always provided quality. Has the cost of horse meat gone up faster than chicken, or is taco bell taking advantage of the situation by price gauging?

Don’t really write reviews however I’ve gone to this Taco Bell about four or five times since I’ve moved to the Charlotte area and not once have they gotten my order right I’ve spent $20 and gotten $10 worth of stuff $30 and $15 worth of stuff I’ve gotten the nine dollar box and only gotten two things that are included in the box. It’s despicable that these people are still allowed to work here.

Went there and ordered stuff with beans and not beef, and got least one item of beef on several occasions, the evening staff is usually overwhelmed and the food that does have the right ingredients isn’t usually up to par they can do better
