Extremely slow during lunch time. They always pull you up and never have the food ready at the window. Only positive is the food is always fresh. If you only have 30 min for Lunch my advice is not to come here because it will take up your entire lunch or even make you late going back to work. Also received lettuce on a chili dog that I didn’t ask for and had no time to return it due to the long wait

Hard to explain, the Twinsburg grill n chill keeps standards high! Really good service, amazing fast food… and FRESH! Will definitely use as a quick on the go lunch stop again, passing several restaurants and fast food joints just to get here!

I understand that each dairy Queen is a locally owned and operated franchise, but this DQ is significantly higher than others I’ve been to. The same meal that I buy for $14 rounded up at the stow franchise location was over $17 here. Advertised a 4pc with fries for 7.49, large drink 2.99. wanted to substitute a large cheese curd for the french fries that were included. A la carte the cheese curds are advertised is $6.99. I received zero credit for the substitution and they charged me a la carte for everything. The combo rang up as 10.99 on the receipt, the cheese curds rang up as $5.99 on the receipt, and the drink rang up as 1.09.
They don’t review the order with you at the speaker or show you what anything is ringing up on a screen so there’s no way to discuss it until you get to the window and get your receipt. So however they have it programmed in their system looks like they’re always charging more than what they are advertising. Transparency would be nice.

Today was customer appreciation day and stopped by for free ice cream cone . Staff was friendly and well organized. Filled all the orders quickly. Great burgers . Tried the hand dip chocolate covered strawberries blizzard. Lots of chocolate chips no strawberries

Awesome experience! I ordered a large mint shake and a 4 piece chicken finger basket. It was just under $9 (good deal). The shake was perfect. Fries and toast were ok. The chicken fingers were some of the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back for more.
Service was fast, the employees were very nice, polite, and genuinely courteous.
This location also has a full menu.

Holy slow! Like only car in the drive thru and they pulled me forward and had to wait. Thought it was a one off, but no. Every time I go here they never seem to have anything and I am waiting in the drive thru forever.

I was having a terrible day so I treated myself to a blizzard. I pulled this out of the bag and just this small little nice gesture made my day. You never know what people are going through and this really lifted me up. Thank you for caring about your customers! Also the ice cream here is amazing!!!
