Had a frustrating experience at this Taco Bell while doing DoorDash. I drove about 10 minutes to pick up two orders and was told at counter they’d be ready in 10 minutes when I reached there. I waited inside the restaurant for over 20 minutes, then asked again. They realized they had accidentally given both of my orders to someone else and said they couldn’t remake them. This caused a big delay for both customers. Hope they improve their order handling.

Someone PLEASE replace the fry oil more often . There have been multiple times where the chips taste soo nasty from the rancid oil. Drice thru service is fine and the food is usually ok otherwise.

This Taco Bell is one of the cleanest and most up-to-date fast food restaurants that I have visited recently. The power salad was healthy, filling and delicious. AND the staff cleaned up the water spill of one our children and forgave him when he apologized to them. It was a good fast food restaurant. Next time that we go to King’s Island or Great Wolf Lodge, we will stop by!

The food was cold. They forgot to give me my nacho fries, a soft taco from my 12 party pack and a crunch wrap supreme. The was barley and meat or cheese in the taco in my party pack I couldn’t understand the guy at the drive trough window and he got an attitude when I asked him to repeat himself. I will never visit this taco bell again. It wasn’t even worth driving back from my hotel to the taco bell for my missing items because it seemed that already didn’t want to be there. Worst service ever and the said thing is I spent 40 dollars and didn’t even enjoy eating the food

Just got home a bit ago with Taco Bell for dinner. Drive through worker didn’t say one word to me. Not the total, not “would you like sauce?”, not have a good day… not one word. Just took my card gave it back, then began handing me my drinks. Then handed me a bag of food. I asked for sauce and he handed me a good amount which I was happy about. But not one word. Then shame on me I didn’t sit there and go through my order to make sure it was all there, I got home and was missing a crunchy taco and chicken enchilada burrito. I tried calling the restaurant but of course no answer. I would have drove back but realized silent Bob didn’t hand me a receipt. Thanks Taco Bell.

Absolutely disgusting atmosphere. Spilled drinks on the table and floor without any clean up or wet floor signs. Trash ALL over the floor, literally under every single table. So filthy.
