They deserve zero stars.The Drive thru cashier was slow and not giving receipts.Not giving change back Has stank attitude and being disrespectful in front of customers.Yelling and cursing through drive thru window.Charged me for something I did not order and got offensive because I did not want the order and asked for my change.Food was just thrown in the bag and not remade.Worst Wendy’s ever and customer service is horrible.She should not be working with money.Mind you I gave a $50 and the total was $36.I had to ask for my change while waiting for my food. Wouldn’t recommend and would definitely take my business elsewhere.

I’m not going to lie. I’ve been sleeping on Wendy’s. A double Dave cheeseburger for $12 that includes plenty of fries and a huge drink. (they have orange cream Coke right now!) This place is fire clean and cordial staff too. Food ready before I could even finish getting my drink!

The person who was in the drive thru talks to you in the worst possible way, I understand that it was late when I went to pick up the food but the man was very rude and not at all kind, the woman at the checkout was a little friendly and helpful, but I do not recommend that they go late at night because of the treatment they give, and fries too dry

She was upset when I showed up two hours later because I was already across town she was still upset and said she didn’t have black hair the manager And her hair was all black no hair nets. I had great service but another customer did not. I saw it unfold as the customer stated he asked for two different frontier and got both the same. Long story short the girl behind the counter agreed with the customer and stated he didn’t say he wanted two different flavors. How could anyone agree with the customer? Just simply take one back and issue him another. Did not like that she continued to agree after all was said and done. This was the second incident I walk into at this place. Guess no one told her that the customer is always right. I know at times we are not, but to argue in front of other people who are dinning was truly unacceptable. Hope they train these girls better.

Food is usually pretty good, we usually get the Wendy’s double meat. So we tried the breakfast and the prices are fair, but very plain and oily, no ketchup, salt, nor pepper. I wasn’t able to get a refill on my coffee ☕, had to request creamer and sugar.
Bathrooms are under lock and key and most things are hidden behind the counter.

Drive thru order around 7pm, didn’t get a receipt, fries were hard not fresh, te had an after taste probably old. First time ordering tenders they were dry and overcooked . This is my go to Wendy’s first time I’ve been disappointed. Tried calling no answer

Horrible experience they charged me for something I did not order and I let them know it was wrong. Made it seem like it was my fault then on top of that I checked my bag and the order was still wrong. Will most likely never come back felt like I did something wrong and I didn’t appreciate that service.

Came in for a quick bite before my shift and I’m surprised at this restaurant.. never have I had a burger assembled so perfectly fresh and hot and quick. The service was friendly and the new styling of the remodeled restaurant is very inviting for to stop by for business as well since they have outlets near the tables for laptops and other devices. Overall very impressed keep up the great work guys!
