Multiform Diversion
Service here has really gone bad over the last year. In the last month I’ve left without ordering due to no response to the menu button 3 times. The food here is good if you can get an opportunity to order, but it’s not worth going to for the convenience of location anymore. The other one is like 5 minutes away by Walmart and they answered immediately. My old boss would have been ashamed to see people leave his business. FYI I had my food in my hand at the other sonic within 5 minutes.

Ordered online, drove 10 minutes to the store, checked in… Then proceeded to wait 10 more minutes, just for them to mark my order as delivered… So we gave them the benefit of the doubt for about 5 more minutes before having to press the red button… After contacting them they informed us that they accidentally cancelled our order while trying to cancel someone else’s. Honest mistake, I get it… But then they give us our food and every bit of it is cold and/or hard and nasty… The guy tried telling me he will give me a free ice cream on my next visit… But one, not only am I and adult man, but I’m also lactose intolerant, I don’t eat ice cream… And two, I have no plans whatsoever of returning to this location… I also want to let it be known that I am not the type to leave reviews, but this experience was so long and unnecessary and unresolved that I feel I need to let others know, this place sucks, go to the one on fm 120, don’t waste your time here…

I placed an order using the Sonic App. I requested a burger with mayonnaise and pickles and I specifically requested no onion, lettuce or tomato. When I arrived, I checked in and the service was fast. My food was delivered to me very quickly. When I unwrapped my sandwich, It was clearly made with plenty of onion. I managed to scrape them off and eat it, but I shouldn’t have had to do this.

Came in earlier this one person was running the place by himself did a great job handling our orders I felt bad and wish he had help but it was amazing how he was the only one here and fulfilling the orders in a timely manner running all over it’s amazing how one person could do all of that

This was my favorite Sonic in Grayson county. Lately after 10 mins of waiting for someone to respond to the red button being activated. You have to hit it again for anyone to answer. Then after 20 minutes you’re asking where you order is. Then the screen will state an employee is coming with your order only to ask where it is 10 mins later. This Sonic is extremely understaffed. Especially at night. I only ordered some ice cream… but this is every encounter at this point. I hope sonic can hire some employees or the business is going to go down hill with the wait times

To the manager at the south Austin location in Denison Texas.
I just picked up my order that I completed on the app. When I got it home my foot long coney was NOT acceptable!! The Hotdog looked and tasted old, and looking at it when I moved the chili, it was dried and wrinkled. I would have taken it back but I didn’t see the problem until I’d already ate most of it. Now, before you start blowing smoke, I have worked at the sonic actually I was a member of the A-Team, New Store Training Team. I’ve opened many new stores all across the U. S. And I know how this place is supposed to cook the hotdogs (they are kept in a steam pan) which means that my hotdogs were kept too long. Believe me when I say that they taste and looked like leather! This is not the first time this location has failed even the lowest of speciations. I will be calling the franchisee and reporting this and I feel like you should make this write! It’s no wonder that this location is always slow everything from scanning their bracelets and then five minutes later bringing me my food when it said your order is on the way. To the countless times that the food wasn’t up to par like I said I will be leaving a review. Have a nice day.

I USED THE SONIC APP! SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION! Watch for rotten limes! I had to find out by drinking it, disgusting! Even the drink was discolored. There is no way they didn’t see this before serving it to me. Bad business move. Don’t use fruit if it’s bad! They could’ve offered me something else, but they insisted on wasting my time. Didn’t find out until I got home, then had to drive back to replace it with a coke and return home to cold food.

Seriously, I usually get great food and service from here. The service was still pretty good… then I open my chicken strip box and I am pretty shocked at the size of these strips. This was not worth the money I paid. Lesson learned, no more chicken strips from Sonic again for me. Smh. I put a tater tot next to them so you can see what I’m saying.
Edit: the gravy is disgusting, has the consistency of wall paper paste, and tastes about like that too. The sweet tea is almost pure sugar. I like sweet tea….I don’t want sugar with a hint of tea. I’m super disappointed with this visit.
