The drive thru was quick and the server pleasant but I did mention having an allergy at the speaker and still ended up with a piece of tomato in my gordita (a dish without tomato in the first place so I am unsure why/how that happened). Luckily it is mild enough that I can deal with a little cross contamination and was able to just eat around that bite. The egregious issue was the hair in my crunchwrap (photo included). It was a long black hair threaded through one whole side of it. I am disgusted and, after seeing some of the other reviews mentioning a lack of cleanliness, I will not be back to this restaurant.

I hate to be that Karen type person but this place really does drop the ball more often than not. In the 5 times I’ve ordered from here they have yet to get it right. Normally it is fine to forget napkins or sauces or hey I even put up with nachos / small taco missing.
The last time I went not only did they change the quesadilla to whatever that goofy folding thing is but they forgot the main item in the order. Was picked up by my friend otw over because they drive past there, so can’t fault her as they seemed “Flustered but eventually got the order out” with the wrong drink. Again wrong drink is not a huge deal.
So drove back and went inside to the abysmal not even the lie of “We’ll be with you”. I mean it was 3 cars in drive-thru, 1 eating in the dining area, and 1 at the counter who had already ordered. This is not busy enough to not even look over. The ancient ladies working the food looked like they were in the weeds and at least they did not put the sauce bottle dropped on the floor back on the line.
So I went through the drive in after 5 minutes because the only thing this place has going for it is the nice drive thru young lady. Just make her the manager because clearly she is the only one that gives a damn.

It shows that there’s lack of supervision here The kids are basically listening to rap songs laughing slowest I have ever been serviced in any of the Taco bells it’s extremely dirty as you can see this one young lady was the only one cleaning while everybody else was throwing stuff all over the floor definitely in need of better supervision. Wow horrible

This place is hit or miss every time. Please never order through Uber or DoorDash, cause your order will 9 out of 10 times will either be wrong, cold, or smashed. Be prepared to wait a long time no matter if there’s a line or not

Asked for a chicken chalupa, they put a beef chalupa on the order, removed the beef, and added chicken. This makes it more expensive than just putting in a normal chicken chalupa on the order. I called it out, she said it was fine and it’ll be a chicken one. It wasn’t. It was literally the beef with beef removed, and chicken added and charged me extra anyway. I dont care much for the extra cost, just train your people better.

The food was fine, however they didnt give me cheese with my nachos fries. The drive through line took like 20 minutes with only 3-4 cars in front of me. The people were nice to me but the service was not as refreshing.

Every Order seems to get less and less food. It seems they are skimming you on every chance they get. Attached is supposed to be 5 layer beef burrito with black beans added.

This tacobell needs to review the people who works nights. The people are very very rude. you will come to the window, be greeted by the automated voice, followed by someone who is so pissed that you are there. Its so noticeable that you can tell through the speaker. They also lie and say the grills are down. You have to mobile order to get food. They dont care how long it takes they will make you wait on line forever trapped in a string of cars. They will make you pull backwards once at the window to reset their order timer. Management needs to be aware of who is running their restaurant. There is one Hispanic woman who was nice to me at the window. The only one. She actually cared about my order while her co workers scoffed in anger at my order when she showed them they haven’t made it yet. Props to her. I feel bad for her.

Fast food has no value these days. Ordered a crunch wrap and barely got any beef. Seems like they spread the beef on like its grape jam. Then, the chalupa I had was fresh out of the fridge. They didn’t try to cook the shell. My other taco also had a cold shell.

The Taco Bell outside Pembroke Lakes Mall has really gone downhill. Lately, the quesadillas come stuck to the paper, the crunchy tacos are soggy, and one time they were even out of all carbonated drinks and the Baja Blast Freeze. It used to be a solid spot, but the quality just isn’t there anymore.
