Food was good, large portions. Thank you. The customer service could be better. I did not hear the person behind the glass panels and asked to repeat herself without success. I asked for a knife and both people where on their phone, I tried to get their attention multiple times and finally after gentle knocking on the counter, I was able to get their attention. I also suggest having eco friendly products. Even though we ate in, everything was packaged and there were plastic straws.

They have some of the best food I ever had in a long time. The staff there are very kind. Their platters are a great size. It definitely gets your tummy satisfied lol. This is definitely my new to go spot when I have a taste for Latin cuisines.

Food is not the same as when they started. I remember the rice tasting better, the chicken being juicy with great sazón. Now the chicken is burnt-dry, the yuca is hard, the rice taste only like oregano. The ribs are good tho-I’ll give them that.
