What happened!? This used to be one of the best mcdonalds I’ve ever been to, they were fast, polite and never messed up my order.
Now, my last three orders were completely wrong, Ive heard employees fighting and eating over the drive thru mic, and been left waiting for my food. Whoever ownes this store, it’s a bad place to eat now. And that pic of my food? I ordered a double cheeseburger meal.

Our order was totally messed up. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel but got sausage. Our McMuffin was supposed to be no cheese and the egg looked black? See picture. The coffees tasted like dirt water, nothing like they usually do at other locations. All AFTER waiting for 30 minutes and having to go inside when it was supposed to be a drive through order.

This restaurant use to be great but has come down hill the past few years. Consistently under filling fries, not getting condiments when ordered (especially via the McDonald’s app), wrappers being wrapped and rolled into food like the snack wrap, cheese being half way on the burger and half melted in the cardboard box, soft drinks not being fresh. Just things like that have been making meals here unpleasant.

I use the mobile app to order breakfast and it showed my order. Complete accept it. But when I got there, they told me, I missed breakfast. It still shows card was charged and the manager was just Rude as u could imagine it was 10 33 upon arrival, By the time the manager walked up, it was 1038 I placed order at 1019 , I never come to this location for this reason. The harvester location used to serve old food off the warmers. Something changed there a couple years ago and that place runs like clock now. I will never return to this store and this manager needs to be out pushing carts in the cold., In Don’t care if you work at McDonald’s or show me 500 company. If you’re going to deal with the customer, you need to have a little bit of respect about yourself.

Ordered a quarter pound with cheese using mobile app and a medium fry.
My friend ordered a chicken wrap meal.
First of all everything was COLD.
The fries were cold ,hard , dark and tasted funny.

Neither one of us could eat them and left without eating them.
Horrible.
The quarter pounder was cold and flavorless.

I went through the drive-thru early on a Saturday morning and was greeted by an amazing young man who took my payment. He was super personable and even though I could tell that he struggled a little with being extroverted, he did an amazing job. Made me feel welcome and cared for even though I was just coming through the drive-thru. I really enjoyed my short interaction with him. I then move forward to the pickup window and was greeted with another smile and very personable. Welcome and thank you for my order. Just a standout experience and I had to share. Thank you for creating an environment where these young people can thrive. 9/20/25

The lobby redesign is cold and uninviting. This location has grey eggs in the morning and brown lettuce in the evening. Only one employee has good customer service in the morning drive thru. The GM tried to argue with me in the busy Sunday morning 1030 AM drive thru. Such a shame this is a bad McDonald’s because it’s location is so great. I bet if the franchise owners paid their workers more and worked on morale this place could really turn around.

Especially the night manager, I forget his name but he’s a Hispanic gentleman. Always a smile on his face a warm greeting!
