Okay I went here and got my order a onion ring and a small Sonic blast peanut butter cup my only problem was the girl kept adding small tater tot I told her to remove the tater tot and she left it on there and I had to call back in there to tell them to take it off need to listen better cuz I almost got charged extra for something that I did not order

Ordered on the app while they were super busy, and we really didn’t have to wait that long at all! Carla was very sweet, and our order was fresh and accurate. I used to work at Sonic, so I know how overwhelming it can be. So to see her have a smile while there were nearly 15 other cars in the lot was impressive!

While the order is quick. The food is normal served cold and if returned expect an additional 40 minute wait. The staff how ever is more of a here your food go away type service

The store was packed and it was dinner time. The servers did a great job hustling the food out. I’d say they seemed a little stress but they are human. It comes with the position. Even though it took 20 minutes to get my order, IT WAS WORTH IT! My order was correct and delicious. It was so fresh that if I didn’t live just a mile away, I would’ve ate it there in the parking lot.
So I say this, get some of that strawberry slush with ice cream bc it’s delicious. The double paddy cheese melt, delightful. Hwy 107, Gravel Ridge, keep doing what you’re doing & stay positive.

I placed an online order at 137pm. Did not see its status as ” on its way “until 159pm for a Sonic Burger, small order of tots, and a soft drink.
Did not actually receive the order until 201pm. The tots tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for 10+ minutes.
It does NOT require 24 minutes for an order to be completed. 4 minutes would much more reasonable and understandable.
Please do much better!
Sonic needs to re-implement the five minute guarantee program.

First I pulled into a stall, hit my button, waited for them to take my order, a car pulls up in the stall beside me, their order was taken before mine. I then pulled to drive thru, ordered 2 milkshakes, 1 with no whip cream on top. The girl who took my order tried at least 5 times to enter it into system. I finally saw my total so I moved up in line. After sitting there for at least 20 min. The car behind me was delivered their hot food. When I ask about mine I was told they are ready I’ll bring them out when I take care of this order. ???? Any reason my shakes could not be brought out if they were sitting there ready?? So I let them keep the shakes, wasn’t worth the total if 32 min. I waited. Gravel Ridge Sonic what happened to your store.

Went through the drive thru and had to wait about 10 minutes for my food and then it wasn’t even hot. I had 1 mozzarella stick that has pretty hot all the others were cold. I’m guess they had to cook 1 in order to fulfill my order. Then the girl had trouble running my card because the machine wasn’t working inside, she had to use one of the kiosks under the awning.

I frequent this store quite a bit. It is by far the slowest store I have ever been to. The food is good and usually correct. They also tend to have online order issues. I’ve arrived multiple times, checked in on the app, and after 20 minutes my name disappears off the stall screen and I have to call the manager to get my order. Staff is always friendly though.
