Over the past month, the service at this location has noticeably declined. Orders have been wrong on multiple visits — whether it’s missing items, incorrect drinks, or completely mixed-up meals. On top of that, they’ve consistently been out of ice, which seems to be a regular issue lately.
It’s frustrating because McDonald’s used to be a reliable stop for quick, consistent service, but lately it’s been disappointing. I hope management steps in soon to address these problems and get things back to the standard customers expect.

Good gosh. Me and my siblings went over to buy some food, and they were missing six nuggets, a small fry, and my frozen Sprite. We parked, and I went inside to tell them what we were missing, and the lady asked me to give them the receipt so I went back to the car to get it, and then I went back inside and showed them the receipt and they didn’t believe me that the food wasn’t in there. They tell me to go back into my car and check on the food to see if it’s not in the bag, so I did. Of course it wasn’t in there. They forgot to put it in there, or they just chose not to. I understand mistakes happen, but like a whole meal? Come on. So, I told her it wasn’t in there after check AGAIN, and then they gave me the missing food. So much for the customer is always right. Isn’t that one of the basic rules of restaurants? Trust your customers if they’re actually hard-working people who care to pay for it. Like me.

Well I decided to give this store another chance at my business. Once again You Failed Me!! I used the app to try and order my breakfast and once again the app was not working at Your Store!!! The store on the other side of town had no issues. It’s your store close to my house is a huge disappointment!! Well I have given this store enough chances to get it together. Now I give up!! Going the extra few miles in had to go to the north side of town where the app works every time.

Just once I want my meal to look like the commercial or sales board. No I didn’t complain. Like most, I ate there because of the convenience.

I’m usually a regular here, but my visit on Sept. 6 was unacceptable. An employee insisted on taking my phone to “fix” my mobile order, which made me very uncomfortable. She also let the F-word slip during the exchange.
Our food was poor quality (stale fries, no ice in a drink, and a Big Mac with a tiny patty). I emailed the franchise owners three days ago and never received a reply. Customers deserve better service and consistency.
Update (Sept. 14, 2025):
McDonald’s corporate replied with a generic apology and told me to submit my complaint on their website. I’ve now had four communications about this issue, and more than a week later, I still have no resolution.
The problem wasn’t just the food — it was that an employee used profanity at the drive-thru and scrolled through my personal phone without permission. That’s unacceptable, and so far management has not taken responsibility or communicated a plan to address it.
I’m sharing this because I tried to resolve it privately first. I really hope McDonald’s can step up customer service and training at this location.

Ordered a 4D, spicy chicken deluxe. Was supposed to come with lettuce, Pickle(s) and Mayo (hold the tomato for me). This is what I got when I opened the box after arriving home. The young man who took my money didn’t speak and wouldn’t even look at me, and I was not given a receipt either.
