Apparently my first review got lost so here it is again. Do not advertise something for purchase if you can not make it. These doughnuts were a joke. 2 times in a month. Please train your staff on the way to do things.These were supposed to be the original glazed cream filled…No cream and poor excuse for a snoopy. 25.00 to go in the garbage.

Had a great experience at this Krispy Kreme! The donuts were fresh, warm, and exactly what you hope for. What really stood out, though, was the service—huge shoutout to the manager, Zac. He was welcoming, professional, and clearly cares about both customers and his team. You can tell the store is well-run because of him. I’ll definitely be back!

Went through the drive thru, every time we asked if we could get something, the girl said “we don’t have any”. So we asked “What do you have?” and she never replied so we got one simple donut and asked very respectfully if they were changing their menu. The girl was very rude and ignored us. Will not be going back. It was a girl with pink hair…

I’m disappointed in my experience with this location today. I ordered the “$8.88 forever dozen” on 9/17 for delivery. I received a plain dozen. I called the store and they did not answer. I get that sometimes speciality doughnuts run out, however as someone who worked in the food industry you should either contact the consumer and/or substitute the item for one of the same value.

first off you can’t even go inside the lobby… apparently short staffed, so then you have to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes.. ONLY to get to the speaker and can’t even order any of the donuts you want because they only have about 4 kinds… i’m not one to trash a business or leave a bad review but come on what are we doing. imagine going to walmart to get groceries, and they have no milk, eggs, or bread. you can’t even get checked out at a register… just throwing that out there

Very disappointed with the service, the young lady who attended me at the drive through window was not helpful whatsoever. I went with a coupon to buy a dozen of any kind and get any dozen free. The young lady simply told me to pull up but never asked me what kind of dozen I wanted. She proceeds to ring me up, after she rung me up I tell her I wanted the classic assorted for both as she never asked me what kind I wanted and she tells me I can’t do that but never looked at the coupon. And I tried to explain the coupon said I could get a free assorted and she proceeds to tell me I cannot do that. I am very upset as she never asked what kind of donuts I wanted. And didn’t give me my receipt either.

Today placing an order for two Elf boxes that would be 24 doughnuts decorated for Christmas. The person taking my order very rude and acted like they could care less we got our order or not. We just drove off and bought at Cookie Crumble. Now I know why this store in Dalton Ga. Is never busy!!!!!
Employees should be happy they have a job in the first place!!!!
We were going to take these doughnuts to a luncheon Christmas party!
