Great food, however, how come even if steak costs extra & you are willing to pay more, you still get less. We still have a lot of cows around, wink wink, stop shortening that arm when it comes to dishing out steak. Everything else is great for me everytime I go there.

Very rude staff. I’m pretty sure one of the workers that was rude was a manager. When I had already received my order I was trying to get the attention of the person inside just to be greeted with “what.” This is the second time in the last couple months that they were rude there. I will never eat at that location again. If you hate your job that much work somewhere else.

Waited almost 20 minutes for barely warm orange chicken. I was asked to pull forward and the food would be brought out to me. Went inside and there was plenty enough food to make our orders. I could see if they were waiting on more orange chicken, but this was barely warm and clearly not fresh.

The rudeness through the drive-thru the lack of separating the orders when there’s literally nobody else in line and wouldn’t take two separate orders. And the fact that I’m new trying to try their food for the very first time was a complete offset with the rudeness and we will not spend our money here ever again

I ordered pick up from the panda app for the first time, mainly because I hate standing in line. The app was great. When getting there Kevin, the manager greeted me, said the order was coming up. As standing waiting two crew members said hello. Great customer service and now with the app, I will be going there more often.

Arrived after noon with no line in front of us. Had to wait over 15 minutes for 2 of the entrees ordered. The rest of our already-boxed food was cold by the time we were served.
Tables were clean, only about 4 occupied when we arrived.
A line of almost 20 people formed quickly while we waited and the front team seemed to struggle in keeping up, but the girl with the long braided ponytail did have good energy and attitude.
Orange chicken tasted off, like too sour and not orange at all. Steak was fresh and good, honey walnut shrimp was fresh-ish and good too. Overall, the portion sizes were smaller than typical.
Been here plenty of times in the last 2 years and each time recently it’s been getting worse. Will give it a few months this time before we try again. Please do better, Panda used to be a favorite stop while in town for errands!

I’m fed up now every time I order it’s like I’m always getting the last of the food in the bin just the scraps of noodles and EXTRA VEGGIES like I don’t mind veggies but if I’m ordering chow mein I’m expecting more noodles than veggies not the other way around. This is the fourth time this happened and I’m not the one to complain but I haven’t ordered panda for months because of it happening last time maybe if I make my voice known since the stupid surveys don’t help!!

Orange chicken and fried rice was phenomenal. Teriyaki chicken would’ve been great but I didn’t realize they still had to hand out the sauce packets for the teriyaki. Chicken was good but without flavor. Service was excellent besides forgetting the sauce packet.
