Placed the order and about 15 minutes passed, but the order didn’t come. Had to go and remind them and then they started making. Everyone seemed too busy to help. They should have more staff to assist if they can’t handle the number of customers
They didn’t have any napkins or straws outside. Had to go get straws for my drink and napkins. They gave 3 napkins for 4 meals.

One thing I will say is when I ask for a well-done filet o fish at this McDonald’s…its always hot. But this is the 3rd time in 2 years I’ve had hair in my food. I purchased my meal enroute to work so I had no time to take it back. I called 9 times no answer. I got off after 10 called 4x again – no answer.
I head up there. They were closed inside, so I proceed through drive thru. I ask for the manager. The young lady (manager) with blue green hair was rude names Jasmine was rude. She explained shift change and it was a day shift issue we went back and forth and she closed the window in my face. For the 1st time in the 39 years I’ve been alive – I’ve never had the level of rudeness from McDonald’s.

I ordered breakfast before 10:25 am via the app was in the drive in by 1028, thru took tjr order for the cat next to me first even though I was there before that car was abd my line was next, the said at literally 10:30 they couldn’t process my order bc it was after 10:30. The manager Jennifer was rude and now I’ll take glee at the thought of McDonalds loosing money. This location is another example of poor service in this part of Maryland

Aidaam has the temperament, courtesy and Professionalism required and in need of more these days.
Michael was more than willing to go out of his way to address a small concern of mine, in fact he was So courteous and professional I didn’t even want to waste his time.
Double Drive thru here and the clearance is 9 feet on the inside lane, the other lane on the right had no clearance at the ordering menu.
There is SO MUCH I liked about this McDonald’s I might have to edit a few times so I don’t leave anything out! Even the floor plan layout, design and engineering of the parking lot of this place are remarkable. I appreciated the grading and slope of the parking lot from the main road to the drainage area in the back. Although I didn’t see any drainage due to weather conditions it looks to be well done. There didn’t seem to be enough trees near the drainage to clog it up with leaves either so that’s a plus as well. The landscaping was immaculate and the dumpster was placed uphill from the sewer drainage and far away from the building.
I noticed the sidewalk ramp for mobility device and wheelchair access between the designated parking spaces nearest to the main road at the front of the building. Not sure if there is one on the other side.
They had walk up window service stations at both sides of the building also, including a speaker and push button microphone at each.
I really liked the monitor near the register that lets you know when your order is ready, even if it is a little slow in updating.
The checkered flag and Finish flags at the parking lot entrance and exit added a clever and humorous touch. You can see them in the video and photos included if they all upload.
Bathroom was clean. With a sanitizer station outside the bathrooms.
The seating area has a huge open floor plan with room for I’m guessing at least 30 people. At least 4 ordering kiosks.
I don’t remember if there were open outlets for charging or not. The one thing I would improve are the two doors near the parking lot exit…. The wind can blow them open and the airflow will then keep them open especially if customers don’t close the doors on the way out.
McDelivery parking spots are clearly marked.
The posted signage on the door mentioned 24 hour drive thru.

We ordered off of uber eats at around 9-10 pm at night, we ordered 4 large fries only one large fry came in and one small one. Not even what we ordered, i ordered a double cheeseburger large combo meal and they gave us regular. We paid basically 50 dollars for this whole entire meal, this was not worth it i genuinely am very upset and disappointed with this mcdonald’s. We were looking forward to good food and we got pure disappointment

Food was freshly prepared. I had the attack and cheese bagel sandwich with extra caramelized onions. My order was accurate. The sandwich was hot, well seasoned on a soft bagel. Hasbrowns were crispy and light salted, which complimented my breakfast sandwich.

What I dont like other than the menu being mostly unhealthy is the mistakes in basic stuff..I ask for unsweetened tea They give me sweet tea. It has happened several times ..and I ask for Coke ZERO they try to substitute Deit Coke. They are NOT the same !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
