On 3/6/2026 I waited in the single drive through line for at least 20 minutes before getting to the speaker. I had placed a mobile app order prior to arriving at the location. It was another 10 minutes before I got to the pick up window. I had to correct the person on what was in my order. Finally got the correct order and after driving away, discovered the fries were lukewarm. Will not return to this location.

Ten minutes to go through the drive thru (I was the only car in the line!)… only to not get /either/ of the things I ordered. Large fry + ten piece nuggets = 2 medium fries? Nice work, guys!

Not first time but probably the worst. Showed up to 20 cars in line, decided to go inside. After 15 minutes of not placing an order I left. In the time I was inside there was really just one lady trying to do most the work, had 6 drive through bags lined up all waiting for things, and people coming in to get the missing items after they had waited. The one guy trying to get together mobile orders finally finished but had to get the manager to log into the register and never returned. The other two Wendy’s in the area closed so I left this one to drive to the Ann Arbor location which was great.

The amount of times they’ve messed up my order is insane. I wish my significant other didn’t like Wendy’s because I would never go back.
Also I feel like they don’t ever have fresh bread, it is literally always staler than my sense of humor

Worst place on earth. Closest one to where I live now and every time I have been the past couple months it takes 30-40 minutes JUST TO ORDER. I have tried going inside, drive thru, mobile order, etc. I have cancelled multiple orders after waiting in line for 45 minutes and not even getting to tell them the order name. Workers are always yelling at each other and whoever the female is that works the drive thru likes to yell at customers so beware. From what I have seen being inside or at the window, they never take sanitary precautions and I have NEVER seen an employee with a hairnet, gloves, wash their hands, etc. place should be investigated by the health department. I have not dealt with a single kind person (not saying there isn’t any just none I’ve spoke with) everyone I have interacted with has been incredible rude acting like WE are an inconvenience after waiting 45+ minutes for two cars to get through. Unacceptable, corporate needs to either shut this place down or do a major revamp. Spare your time (and potentially your life based on their cleanliness) and go anywhere but this place. My final straw was tonight where I placed a mobile order, and then sat there waiting to pick it up for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes I was so frustrated (and could hear a woman yelling through the speaker at whoever was ordering) so I cancelled my order, placed an order on the mdconalds app, went got my food there. When I drove by Wendy’s on the way home (after already getting my food from the Golden Arches) I passed by a Wendy’s and noticed the cars had not moved AT ALL from when I left my spot in line. I’m not a review type person but this is extremely bad.

We ordered two burgers and a salad, the order took 20 minutes when there were two other cars only. The inside of the restaurant was almost empty as well. I saw at least four staff members in the restaurant so I don’t know what was the hold up. Food also tasted different than normal. I do not recommend this location.

This place frustrates me every time i go. For some reason theres always 2 people trying to talk to you at the speaker. Then this time they were out of swiss cheese and sausage so instead of just asking what i wanted instead for my mobile order they gave me a dry sandwhich with just bacon and a burrito with burger patties on it.

When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was told to wait, but no one ever came to take my order. Lobby doors locked during regular hours. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the norm at this location.

the food is fine but the staff are some of the unfriendliest people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. I understand how hard it is to work a service job, but they are incredibly cold and make you feel like you’re bothering them by being there.

It’s a fast food joint! The meal bag was good, and it was decently quiet the evening we had two families there, so we could talk. Shortly thereafter I went again and decided to take out because it was freezing cold inside. It is not usually that way, I just think because of the change of seasons they forgot to turn the air conditioning off. Definitely AC is not needed in Michigan in late October.
