The manager told me they closed at 9:30pm, not 10:00 as it says on their app.
I asked to speak with the manager, she said “I am the manager” very rude to me. Refused to make an Italian cheese bread, saying they cant make one. Also asked for crazy puffs, again told they cant make anymore. And told me they have always closed ar 9:30 instead of 10:00 as its posted.
I hope they get a new manager because the one there tonight was a rude, smart ass.
I was told at 9:32 that they were closed and she then said “I’m the Manager” I asked for her name and she hung up on me!!!! Is this how Little Ceasers treats its loyal customers????

Ordered 5 pizzas for a party and 1 order of breads sticks. I simply called to address an issue of no sauce on the pizzas, the manager said I was lying and wanted proof to which I said we ate majority of the pizza because we were hungry and we simply wanted them to be aware of the poor quality. The manager was defensive and said I should go to dominos instead this was all said on 8-9-25 7:15pm . I don’t want managers to insult me when they mess up or threaten me when I ask for their name with a physical confrontation if I go to the store. I will be calling corporate

I wanted to review the new crazy puffs from this Little Ceasars and they were hitting good but they are a tad bit greasy and would be better with crazy sauce. The new pretzel Pizza is just as good as the puffs but a little less greasy. However, if you don’t like grease stay away from pizza lol.
The staff was friendly and kind and this little will always be my go-to when I’m in town.

this used to be my go-to Little Caesars . after tonight I’m never going back . the last three times I’ve ordered from this location the pizza has been horrible . they can’t make the pizza puffs correctly( that was the two times before this time I ordered ) now this last time they just completely messed my order up on a stuffed crust pizza no extra toppings that I paid for I was supposed to have it well done it wasn’t even cooked all the way cheese wasn’t even melted all the way I knew there was going to be a problem before I even got there when I looked on the app and it said the pizza was only in the oven for 5 minutes before it was boxed and ready . you need to either train your employees better or get some employees that actually have a work ethic and are capable of reading

I ordered a hot n ready pepperoni pizza, I was in a hurry so I didn’t check it before I left. When I went to eat some of it with my daughter, she said “I don’t like that”. The pizza was burnt. I went there around 11:30 am. The weren’t busy. I can’t believe the still sold a burnt pizza.

This place doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Did a mobile order for 525pm. Was there at 545 to pick up food, still not ready. 6pm rolls around not ready. Inquired why a mobile order placed over an hour ago for 2 pizzas was not ready to get told by the front counter person, “I don’t know I don’t work the food service”. Refused to find out why there was a delay when I had asked could we see why it isn’t ready. Then when asked for contact information for the manager, was told “idk their number” okay how about a name, “idk the name”. She simply stated she didn’t care and refused to even hand us our pizza, just left them on the counter so we had to grab our own stuff and leave. Just unacceptable behavior, will not be returning.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and yet no one waited on us. Got here at 6:42 and now it’s 6:52. Why have a drive thru line and not come to the window the car in front on us was beeping the horn. .Love how the owner responds to 5 stars but not one stars.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a little Caesars. Ordered delivery, one of my pizzas was delicious, while the other one was a burnt husk of a pizza, looked like it had been sitting on a sand dune in the salt flats of Arrakis. The “stuffed crust” had literally burned completely out of the crust into piles of burning black ooze. The pizza itself had started smoldering from the center. To top it all off it had clearly been sitting off to the side for hours, it was ice cold while my other pizza was piping hot. There is literally NO WAY this pizza was not sent out on purpose in that condition. Someone was too lazy to cook another pizza, probably laughing it up as they were sending it out to me. They would not answer the phone. Corporate will not answer me through the website. Little Caesars has clearly turned into a dumpster fire that I will avoid from now on. I can burn my own pizzas at home without paying you to serve me stuff from your garbage bin.

Honestly theres no redeeming this place. I constantly give them the benefit of the doubt because its the closest but its something wring every.single.time
Asked for the pineapple pepsi, they dont sell it anymore (why can i order it(not their fault i guess)) ask about regular instead, completely out.
You should need a reading test to work here.

I stop here after I pick up the kids from school about twice a month and normally I get the same thing every time and usually the pizza is pretty good for being a chain pizzeria and the staff is always friendly. But today was not one of those days sorry to say. The lady who took my order seamed to be having a bad day or something cuz she had an attitude and when I got my pizza I tipped her, like I do everyone else who’s taken or delivered my order from there. And when I got home I see she took her bad day out on my pizzas as you can see in the pictures this is not how you make a pizza. And no it’s not a stuffed crust. Just ALOT of burnt crust a good two inches, with very little sauce that wasn’t even spread all the way out and not a whole lot of toppings either. I understand under staffed and bad days and I’m definitely not a “Karen” but come we can do better than this guys.
