Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, it’s always luke warm, tacos shells always crushed and stuck to paper always takes for ever… do yourself a favor and go to Eldon and wait in the slowest drive thru ever because at least it’s always consistently good food

Some employees here are friendly. However, I’ve had to lower my rating after witnessing an older woman employee behind the counter assisting customers being rude to a young woman. The young woman was simply asking for the nacho sauce that was missing from her groups order. The employee was extremely rude to her.
Additionally, it took 25 minutes to get my order of 3 items. I’ve had faster service at full service restaurants. The taco salad was broken into pieces. I don’t like to leave bad reviews because mistakes happen, but the employee being rude to a nice young woman was disgusting.

The food is Taco Bell food so what do you expect? The service was absolute trash. I don’t like Taco Bell because I’m burnt out on it, but I went there with my boyfriend since he likes Taco Bell. I ordered a combo which mind you comes with a drink, so I ordered a Baja Feeze. My boyfriend ordered a regular fountain drink which he got. We ordered on the kiosk and didn’t want Taco Bell to email or text our receipt so we said no on it. Once we got the bag I didn’t receive my freeze, I asked the lady at the front where is my freeze since I ordered one, looking me dead in my eyes and she rudely said “it’s not on there.” I walked out with my food because I didn’t want to argue with someone like that anyways and I didn’t really want Taco Bell but still went anyways, never again though. Terrible food and even worse service. Also, got home and there was a receipt on the bag that says I ordered one, pissed me off even more.

I ordered a Baja blast and it tasted like cleaning supplies so I called Taco Bell to tell them about the problem so others don’t receive the same thing and the worker Andrew hung up after my statement and didn’t answer again for over ten minutes. Eldon Taco Bell is better and they have salted caramel churros.

I originally pulled into the Wendy’s next door, but after waiting over five minutes in the drive-thru with no response and getting snapped at when I asked if I could order, I decided to cut my losses and head over to Taco Bell instead. Definitely the right call.
I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, which is my go-to. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. The outer gordita shell was soft and warm, while the crunchy taco inside gave it the perfect texture. The seasoned beef had plenty of flavor, and the spicy ranch sauce tied it all together. They didn’t skimp on ingredients, which I appreciated.
The drive-thru here was much faster and smoother than the Wendy’s next door. The person taking my order was friendly and got everything right the first time. I was in and out pretty quickly, and the experience felt easy and efficient.
The only thing keeping this from being a five-star review is a few minor details. The menu board was a little hard to read because it wasn’t lit very well, and I didn’t get any napkins or sauce in the bag, which is always a little annoying when you’re eating in the car. But those were small things in an otherwise solid visit.

Spicy potato soft tacos had 2 pieces of potatoes each when it’s normally at least 8. Crunchwrap supreme was flat and almost empty. One full slice of quesadilla had no steak and no cheese, just all tortilla only. I don’t know how you can mess up 3 of the four items in an order.

I haven’t had a Mexican Pizza since the 90’s and they were delicious. This…what was picked up today packed in bottom of bag, squished. Does not even resemble a Mexican pizza.
Hubby’s food was incorrect as well – didn’t know how to make Meximelt and his Chalupa Supreme was not supposed to have sour cream (he requested without but it has it) so he couldn’t eat it. Also threw about the 2 Baja Blasts because they didn’t taste right (he said it tasted gross).
Super bummed to waste hard earned money on this. Spent $40 + and one thing was correct, the chicken quesadilla. Would like a full refund.

I wish I could give this zero stars! My quesadilla wasn’t cut so I asked them how they would like me to cut it. They said don’t worry they will remake it (I just wanted a knife). By the time the people I was with finished eating and I still haven’t recieved the quesadilla mine was now cold. So I went up there again and asked for a knife to cut my cold quesadilla since they obviously weren’t going to remake it. (This means from walking from the counter to the back they “forgot”) That wasn’t even the worst part. We wanted to sit inside and eat because they typically mess up our order and we have had to drive back way to many times that we now ONLY eat inside where we can go get our order fixed. EVERY SINGLE TABLE AND THE FLOOR was covered in nasty leftover food crumbs and sticky gunk. We had to clean our own table. We are both disgusted and disappointed!

Two out of four items we ordered were missing. The food was meeeh! The crunchwrap black bean baarely had anything in it. The chicken power bowl literally had just two pieces of chicken. Thanks Taco Bell. If I could, I would give you zero stars.
